Sleep

The next few months are stressful as anything. Planning all sorts of things I didn't even know needed planning. The wedding will take place in Erabor but we will have a week in Calcite after to celebrate with my family in the traditional manner. My mother and Dis luckily took over most of the planning but Thorin is still swamped with meetings and I've been helping out as best I can. Our wedding is in one month exactly and we have finally found a minute to relax.

Thorin groans stretching out on the bed "I'm so bloody tiered." I chuckle laying next to him kissing him gently "Then sleep love, you've earned it." he grins fiddling with my hair "But I promised we would spend time together." I smile settling next to him resting my head on his shoulder "I'll sleep with you." he wraps his arms around my waist "Thought you didn't sleep much." I shrug moving closer and intertwining our legs "I don't need much sleep but I still enjoy sleeping especially with you." he chuckles lowly kissing my forehead "I love you my dear." I smile tracing random patterns on his chest lazily "I love you too." 

Dis P/O/V:

I sigh walking towards my brothers room to fetch him for yet another council meeting. He is supposed to spending time with Elysian but apparently it is urgent. I wholly disagree but came any way. Knocking gently on the door I frown when there is no reply. The guards on either side smile slightly one saying "They're both in there my lady." I sigh and knock again "Thorin I'm coming in." I push open the door smiling warmly at the sight.

Both are sprawled on top of the bed fully clothed and sleeping heavily wrapped in each others arms. Chuckling I pull the door closed "I'll just tell them he's busy." the guards both smile bowing their heads as I walk away. Fili and Kili come skidding around the corner grinning ear to ear "Have you seen Elysian?" I frown grabbing both their arms "Yes, now come along." Fili frowns "Where is she then?" I smile "That is none of your concern." Kili grins "Oooh I get it. Thorin and Elysian are 'busy'." I frown smacking him on the back of the head "You will leave your uncle and Elysian alone. Goodness knows they've earned the peace and quite."

Fili grins "So they're sleeping?" I nod "Yes and you will not disturb them, am I understood?" they both nod "Crystal clear." giving them both a hard glare I leave them walking back to the council room telling the council that I couldn't find my brother but that I would personally fill him in on everything when the meeting had concluded.
