Finding out

Elysian P/O/V:

I find a piece of parchment and a pen and start writing a letter to Saeya. Telling her all that has happened. Sealing it I open the window and whistle twice. A large barn owl appears and I run a finger down it's back affectionately "Could you take this to Rivendell?" he hoots once and takes the letter in his beak "Thank you." he bows his head and takes of into the night.

Closing the window I lean against it smiling giddily. I trace a finger over my lips and sigh happily. After 2000's years of exiting I've finally found my soulmate, I was beginning to think I never would. There is a light knock on the door "It's open." Bilbo walks in and smiles slightly "Sorry, I couldn't sleep."

I smile and swivel in my seat pointing to the bed "Would you like to sit down?" he nods and sits on the bed slowly "I keep having these dreams about dragons and not everyone making it." I smile kindly "Everything is going to be alright." he nods "I hope so. I still worry for Thorin, the others mentioned that the treasure is cursed." I bring my knees up to my chest and wrap my arms around them "Bilbo I swear I will protect Thorin with my life. The same goes for everyone in this company."

He sighs "Is the dragon really that bad?" I smile "Most are fine. Smaug however is a serpent of the North. He is difficult to reason with and is violent. But I just hope that the dwarves have a plan for when he wakes up, magic will only do so much." he nods smiling slightly "That wasn't very reassuring." I chuckle "Sorry, I'm not very good with motivational speeches. My brother, Ranon, always made them."

"Do you miss them?" I nod "All the time. My family means everything to me." he smiles kindly "Can I do anything to help?" I shake my head "No, but thank you for the offer," he nods and yawns "You should sleep." he nods yawning again "I'll see you in the morning." he stands and walks out the room shutting the door gently behind him.

I smile leaning back against the window, I wounder what my brothers are doing now? Closing my eyes I must fall asleep as the next thing that I remember is sunlight streaming through the window. Standing I change into a dark blue tunic and black trousers, pulling my boots back on I walk down stairs finding only Thorin is awake.

Grinning I walk over and lean down kissing him gently "Good morning." he smiles "Did you sleep well?" I nod sitting opposite him "I did actually yes." he smiles "That's good." I grin and Balin walks into the room shortly followed by Bilbo and Bofur "Morning all." I smile "Good morning." Bofur disappears into the kitchen and Balin looks between Thorin and I "Something's different." 

The door door bangs open and Fili and Kili walk in smiling brightly "Good morning. How did we all sleep?" Kili grins "I slept wonderfully." they both sit at the table staring at Thorin "How did you sleep Uncle?" he shrugs slightly "Alright. Whats up with you?" Kili shrugs "Anything happen last night?" he shakes his head "No." Fili grins turning to his brother "I don't believe him. Do you?" he shakes his head "I know and Elysian has a lovely new braid." he turns to me grinning.

Balin grins "So something did happen?" Thorin sighs and nods "Yes. Elysian is my soulmate." Balin grins "Congratulations." The others soon join us and Fili and kili waste no time in telling them that Thorin and I are together.
