It was terrifying and so confusing. I patted my brother's head as he cried on my shoulder. Fresh tears fell out of my eyes, too. I had never seen Eric like that. So broken, so weak and so vulnerable. I had always seen him strong and smudge. But looking at his state right now, my heart ached for him. He was in so pain much. I wish I could do something for him.

"Sshh... She'll be fine. She's a fighter." I whispered, my voice was so hoarse because of all the crying. His hold on me tightened as he hiccuped. My own tears couldn't stop.

I looked at Zack who was standing beside me. His eyes had unshed tears in them as he gave me a small encouraging smile that didn't reach his eyes. Helen and Owen were standing silently at some distance. Owen's face, for the first time, had concerned for Skylee. Helen was silently crying with her eyes fixed on the OT door.

My eyes moved towards that guy because of whom this had happened. If he hadn't fight with my brother, he wouldn't have stormed to the forest and Skylee wouldn't have to go behind him and... And... She wouldn't have gotten shot for whatever reasons.

That guy Burak... He was sitting opposite us on the bench. He wiped tears every now and then as his gaze went towards the OT. I couldn't help but thought who Skylee was to him? How did she know a Kingston? Then my gaze went towards the girl beside him.

Clara was sitting so still that I feared she wasn't even breathing. With her wide eyes and pale face, she seemed motionless.

Eric pulled away and again leaned his head against the wall and closed his eyes. Giving a concerned look at my brother, I looked at the girl again. Her face scared me, the look in her eyes was so distant and weird. I was about to call her name when a nurse came towards us.

"Whose with the girl who got shot? We need some confidential signatures, the surgery is a risk. Also, we need to arrange blood. Is there someone from her family yet?" She started to speak as soon as she reached us.

I still shuddered at the memory. We were so worried about them. It had been hours since Eric and Skylee went missing. The staff people didn't let us go to find them since it was already dark. They did have sent three different teams to find them.

Then it happened. Hours later we heard someone yelling for help. I knew it was my brother's voice. And when Eric came out of the forest, his voice was frantic and hoarse. He had unconscious Skylee in his arms covered in blood.

Everything from there happened in a flash. Jenny as in Asli, though I knew from the start she was Asli, rushed Skylee to the nearest hospital from El Yunque forest. I didn't know why Asli disguised herself. Well, there was a lot I didn't know. But now was not the time to asked questions but pray for Skylee's safety. She had lost a lot of blood.

We literally had to plead to Asli and Mr. Ryan to let us go with the ambulance. Eric already left with Skylee in the ambulance because he didn't let go of her hand and they had to take him with them.

"I'm her brother. I'll do the paperwork. Just save her if you don't want this little hospital of yours to get sealed! I'll sue each one of you if you don't save her life!" Burak shot a glare at her.

I blinked. I was so shocked at his words than his tone. He literally barked at the poor nurse.

Skylee is a Kingston?

Oh. My. God. I looked at Eric with wide eyes but the look on his face was blank and defeated. He already knew! I looked at Zack who just signed in response. He also knew that! I didn't dare to look at Helen because it felt like she would have known that too.
