Ever since me and Robin sat down and talked on that one evening, everything felt so much lighter, even Robin in an emotional term. They look less tightened up, let down those strong walls and has allowed her soft emotions to let out. It honestly felt refreshing to see her like this, especially on Christmas and New year's eve; I've seen them smile on the holiday but this year has been the brightest I've ever seen. It's now January, still taking our winter break and we both think it's about time for Alphonse to see our store. And let me tell you, he wasted no time getting here with the sound of knocking coming from the door.

"Hey, hey babe! I ran over here the moment I got your text," said Alphonse as I opened the door with a smile.

"You know I told you not to rush."

"Well yeah, you said to take my time but, I was just eager to see you."

"Hello Alphonse," said Robin as they greeted him.

He didn't say anything but only smiled at them as his eyes looked over at everything that was in front of him inside. This is Al's first time seeing the diner so I could understand what he must be thinking, but I could tell that those questions will be saved for later. Right now he's here for another reason.

"Now, what's this about a bun in the oven."

When he said that me and Robin started to laugh. I was doing my best to be light about it since I didn't want to upset him, though Robin wasn't even trying to hold back.

"What, what are you laughing about?! Hey look this ain't no joke, look your text said it. See right here; Hey sweet cheeks, the shop is closed today right? Come over, I've got a bun in the oven," he said to me as he showed the message on his phone but that slight seriousness lasted short as he caught a smell coming from the kitchen.

"Hey are you, are you two cooking something?"

"Yea, a bun." said Robin while slowly started to calm down, but I knew that it wouldn't last long.

"Oh, ok listen, I thought that maybe after the way we celebrated on New Year's Eve maybe, maybe my indiscretion,"

The minute he started to defend himself just made got them back into a chuckling fit again. He actually thought that I was having that kind of bun! And of course, Al didn't take it lightly. Especially since I started up again as well.

"Ok look, you two can quit laughing at me any minute now! I'm a responsible guy, usually, sometimes, at least when it comes to you," he said as he turned his attention to me.

"Well how sweet," I said to him with a small giggle that's still leftover.

"You really never gonna let me live this down huh? Alright chuckles, you gonna tell me what that sweet smell is or are you just going to clown on me? Because I had a big day plan you know."

"Oh really," said Robin as she walked over to the door.

"Oh yeah really; I was gonna order a pizza, paint my toenails and watch The Mandalorian. You're lucky you didn't have a bun in the oven because honestly, I'd fight very hard to name it baby Yoda."

"You can't be serious, right," I asked him.

"I would die for him!"

Suddenly I became unimpressed him as I just gave him a hard stare with my arms crossed. As much as I love Alphonse, but he can say stupid things sometimes. And at times it can cost my patience with him. And he clearly noticed it as he tries to make the situation better.

"Okay, okay so long as you understand, like my priorities; there's you, but then right there, is baby Yoda."

"Didn't you already watch the whole session? I mean since then it came to the screens back in November that's all you ever talked about, Robin asked him.

"Well, yeah I finished the show a while back, but I'm on my third rewatch."

"Should I be worried about you Al," I asked him.

"See you say I have a problem, but I think love and baby Yoda has really improved my quality."

On some level, I can understand what he's saying. I've heard Robin talking about the baby Yoda, they even showed me a picture of the little guy. I'll admit it that he is cute but I don't appreciate the idea of my boyfriend putting me in second place! And so I decided to close the door on him.

"Okay, okay hold up! Don't shut the door on me! For real, show me what you got going on in there," he said as he stopped the door. Being annoyed at doesn't last long, he's very lucky I love him very much.
