For what seemed like an impossibility, from millions of miles away. All the stars are aligned; this is what it brought us today. For just a moment the light shines through. No barriers between our touch, a stare that lasted forever, if only I was more clever, I could hold this moment.
Did I make it to heaven already, is this all a mistake? The gods couldn't be wrong, could they? To reverse all this could cause mass disarray. For only a moment in time where love held still, I finally felt it. The warmth of the Sun. A giver of life. The most beautiful star.
My eyes started to freeze in this cold space, there's no air here. How can everything exist, but still, nothing at all, nothing. The fullness began to unfold to its previous state, releasing all love it ever felt, a frozen heart will shatter with the next exhale. A cold mist releasing beyond the lips of a dying breath.
For what was a moment that never happened, the star suddenly felt an ache in her heart. Never knowing what it was, it lasted for her entirety. But still shined ever so brightly. The most beautiful star.
