Take a turn,
and breathe me in,
slowly.
There's a lot to lose,
as time goes on,
as death catches up,
quickly.
I'm in the eye of the Strom,
with my mind still spinning.
Twisted spine,
bones breaking,
I've been patient,
time's wasting.
A speeding bullet,
the storm's eye.
Electric waves,
my brains sinking,
feeling deep,
drifting on into the Ocean's current.
Hurricane, speak to me.
Like the trees did before,
you take me in, and under.
Under your arms of infinity,
with your life that you keep,
your big Blues play me an ancient melody,
as always,
so gently.
Sound flies in the sea,
from a megaphone with 150 tons of mass,
ripping through my body,
untouched,
staring up,
still hoping,
blood's flowing,
heart's beating.
I'm far beyond the surface now,
you won't find me.
I'm too far gone now,
for anybody.
Stop looking,
because your eyes won't see me.
I promise you.

I can hardly see myself.

I think I've figured it out.
It's been there the whole time.
Like the conjured blindness I keep in my eyes.
