"Look, Jamie, nothing is happening so let's take another break and try again in another 6 months." Tony sighed.

Bucky looked up at the ceiling with a heavy sigh.

"Maybe this is just the worlds way of sayin' I don't deserve this."

"What?" Tony gaped as he faced him immediately.

"I mean, I killed people, Tony."

"I know but you're making up for it."

"Tony, you can't make up for years of killing innocent people." Bucky sighed.

"I mean, maybe this is just the world's way of evening everything out." He shrugged.

"Like... an eye for an eye type of thing."

"Jamie, please don't say that we can't have a child." Tony sniffled.

"Oh, come on love, come on, I'm just babbling." Bucky reasoned.

He held the man immediately and tried to help soothe him.

"Look, we can, I believe that we can."

"You do?" Tony sniffled.

"Yes, of course I do." Bucky scoffed as he held him.

"We just need to try harder and think positive thoughts." He smiled.

"We can do this, beautiful, I believe in us." Bucky assured.

Tony looked at him, smiled, and gave him a soft kiss.

"Have you ever read Harry Potter?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Good, then you'll understand this." Tony hummed.

He sat up and straddled the soldier, then looked at him softly.

"You're not a bad person, Jamie. You're a very good person whom bad things have happened to."

Bucky scoffed, then nudged him lightly, "did you just quote Harry Potter to me?"

"Maybe." Tony shrugged.

"Why, was it hot?"

Bucky laughed again, "it was weird, I'll give ya that."

"Oh, you loved it."

Bucky chuckled, then smiled, "I love you."

"I love you." Tony smiled back.

They shared a soft kiss and smiled.

"Please don't think so low of yourself, Jamie." Tony mumbled against his lips.

"Deal."

Tony toppled over the soldier, grabbed him with a small gasp, and whimpered.

"I love you, beautiful." Bucky spoke softly.

"Here, balanced meal, and you're finally eatin' healthy." Bucky smiled.

"Ha, ha." Tony mocked with a scoff.

Bucky chuckled, then made himself something to eat.

"Okay, if we should try in a couple of months, then what? How is it going to happen? Should we be romantic? Go straight for it? Or maybe we should just like, get drunk and do it." Tony rambled.

"Okay, look, look at me, Tony." Bucky chuckled as he nudged the man.

"I love you, but stop rambling."

Tony scoffed as he faced him, then sighed, "I ramble when I get nervous, you should know that by now, Jamie."

"I know, but we can do this. We trust one another, right?"
