Kendra ended up dropping Bucky and Steve off at Shield before she went home. Steve was currently in the gym, punching a punching bag as Bucky stood to the side, watching him.

"So sixty years?" Bucky spoke up breaking the silence. Steve nodded, not pausing his workout. His mind was trying so hard to process the new times. That mixed with Kendra's magical abilities. He never thought anything would surprise him after fighting Hydra. But then she walked into his life. She apparently led to Shield finding him. She saved his best friend. And yet- he didn't even know this woman.

"So Hydra?" Steve questioned back causing Bucky to sigh.

"Kendra made it better. When she was there- how did you meet?" Bucky asked as he passed Steve a bottle of water.

"She found me." Bucky laughed.

"Of course she did. That sounds like her." Bucky nodded as he looked at his best friend. It was really something to be near Steve again. Having all of his memories back made it easy to fall back into the old Bucky- although, the PTSD of being the WinterSoldier was still there. No one could get over murdering so many innocent people. Especially so quickly.

"Did you two-were you-" Steve struggled with his question as he averted his eyes from his friend as he tried to word his sentence better. "Have you two ever- Fondued when in Hydra?" Bucky tilted his head at Steve, a bit confused what he meant.

"Fondue? What do you-" His eyes widen as he watched a red tint flush against Steve's cheeks. "Oh. Oh!" Bucky laughed, shaking his head. "No. Definitely not. Kendra always had her eyes on someone else when I knew her." Bucky told him, causing Steve to sigh. Bucky raised his eyebrow at him before a goofy grin spread across his face. "You- You like her!" Bucky laughed as Steve's face flushed red. "You do! Not that I blame you- the dame is one mysterious woman." Bucky admitted, looking off in thought.

"I don't like her like that. I just met her." Steve told him carefully. But even he knew it wasn't too believable.

"You had a crush on Peggy after the first minute of knowing her." Bucky pointed out causing Steve to hang his head slightly. Bucky sighed. "You still hung up on her?"

"Peggy was it- We had a date." Steve explained. Bucky shook his head at him as he looked at his love-sick friend.

"I'm sorry." Bucky sympathized. Steve nodded slowly before moving to leave the gym. "But you have more than one 'it' person in a lifetime." Bucky said quickly causing Steve to pause with a sigh. "Don't deny any attractions to Kendra because of your first and only love."

"She has eyes for someone else anyway." Steve mumbled before leaving the gym.

Weeks went by without any word from Kendra. Clint was able to recruit Natalia just like Kendra had told them. Everything seemed to be going as planned- but earlier. Natasha was brought up to speed on the whole situation and was already keeping an eye on Tony Stark from a far- watching and making sure his accident didn't happen sooner than planned.

Weeks had turned to months. Steve and Bucky trained every day together. Going to the Smithsonian together to remanence over the past together. Hydra was completely cut out of Shield, making Nicholas Fury the lead director of the group. Coulson went to the apartment that they had said Kendra was staying in- but it was cleaned out. She was gone.

Months turned to years. It was now 2009 and Tony Stark had become Ironman like she said he would. Fury kept Natasha in charge of watching him. No one knew where Kendra had gone. Her apartment building was being watched nonstop, hoping they would see her return.

Steve was starting to worry a bit. Sure- Kendra could take care of herself pretty good. But she was still blind. How would they know if she was truly alright? Or when they would see her again? If at all.

But Bucky knew she would be back. He knew Kendra as good as Natasha did. And they both agreed- wherever Kendra was at this moment. She was doing something to either prevent an event or cause a greater one. They would ask when she returned.

2011 came, and that was when something changed. A rainbow looking cyclone coming down from the sky- lighting up maps all around. This was it. This was the next key point in their plan that has just moved into motion. But what they didn't expect- was two people at the end of that cyclone. Kendra and Thor.
