[Details: The festival will went on for a whole spring season, and during those days, all of the flowers will bloom together on New World and if your luck is good, it may release something called Flower Nectar. By collecting Flower Nectar, one would be able to exchange them for countless things at the Special Trading Section.

You can earn points by collecting or harvesting flowers with or without flower nectars,

All Lords who manage to earn many points will be rewarded heavily. All flowers corresponds for one point]

[Distribution Rules:]
[The normal distribution of Flower Seeds to all players is 100,000 bags, the Players from Lord's Ranking will have a bonus special distribution of Flower Seeds. How many flower nectar you get is based on how high your luck is.

The Top 1 will receive a +50,000bags
The Top 2 will receive a +25,000bags
The Top 3 will receive a +20,000bags
The Top 4 will receive a +15,000bags
The Top 5 will receive a +10,000bags

So on and so forth]
