It's been around three hours later when Logan and Scott left. Charles never heard any status update from them, which worries him. He uses Cerebro again to scan the mutant he got earlier, but it's gone. He decides to send back-up, just in case. He calls Ororo and Hank to the conference room.
"Is something amiss Charles?" Ororo asks. She and Hank both stand next to each other, in front of their boss.
"I send Logan and Scott to meet up with a mutant three hours ago." Charles says with a worried tone. "I haven't heard them ever since."
"You want us to meet them?" Hank asks.
"Yes, I have no idea what's going on, but I think they got attacked, but I'm not sure." Charles explains. "If I got to be honest, I'm not even sure if I want you two gone."
Ororo look intrigued. "What do you mean?"
"I doubt anybody would us without any motive. If they ambushed Logan and Scott, they must have planned for it. Because of that, they may suspect there will be reinforcement." Charles tells his worries to the two.
"In other words, if we go, we may be attacked, if we don't go, then Logan and Scott are still in danger." Hank concludes. He scratches the back of his head. "This is a real dilemma."
"I think we should go." Ororo express her opinion. "With caution, we search for Logan and Scott. If we leave them be, then their live may be in stake."
"I have to agree." Charles says with a concern sigh. "Though I want you two to be extra careful and contact me every five minutes and if something happens."
"We will bring them save home, along with ourselves." Hank says with reassuring calm voice.

Although Storm and Beast didn't use the missing Blackbird, they took one of the special vehicles to ride it to the place where Logan and Scott last were. They parked the car near the beach where they can quickly walk to. Once they arrive at the coast, it is pretty quiet.
"Nothing out of the ordinary here." Beast updates to Charles.
"From the coordinates I got of the Blackbird, it should be a few feet to your left." Charles informs them.
"We move with cation." Storm replies.
Both of them move where the Blackbird is supposed to be. They walk pass multiple rocks and see the Blackbird, though there is no one there. Within a minute, they arrive at the jet.
"We found the jet, but no sight of Logan and Scott." Beast says through the comm.
"I'm going inside." Storm says. "Beast, can you stay outside and watch my back."
"Of course."
Storm steps in the jet while Beast guards the entrance. When Storm walks in the cockpit, she sees Logan, wearing his suit, passed out on a chair that is behind the driver's seat. "Charles, I found Logan passed out." She says with a worried voice.
"Is he alright?" Charles asks.
Storm sprint towards Logan. She checks up on Logan and doesn't see anything out of the ordinary. "Logan, wake up!"
Logan slowly wakes up. He puts his hand against his head and let out a tired groan. "What happened?"
"That is what I'm wondering." Storm replies. Logan turns his head to her. "Do you remember what happened? Where's Scott?"
