Burst of Power: Reawakened

Kairo slowly got up off of the ground and dusted himself off. He didn't grab his sword nor did he move from his position. A surge of adrenaline coursed through Taizuchi's body, nearly forcing his horn out of his head.

[Taizuchi] *excited* So, I finally get to see it?!

In a flash, Kairo appeared behind Taizuchi and extended his arm to grab him. Taizuchi jumped over him and slid back. Before he realized it, Kairo was standing right beside him and grabbed him by his kimono. He slammed him into the ground and cocked his arm back to strike. Taizuchi was shocked and was overwhelmed by his strength. Kairo extended his arm. Taizuchi rolled to the side, Kairo's fist connected with the ground as it got destroyed, dirt scattering everywhere. Taizuchi stood up and put up his fist. Muigetsu extended his sword and sliced, Zeno easily deflected his sword. Muigetsu could also feel the power brewing inside him and it finally emerged. Very few students were standing and they weren't in good condition. They were determined to finish this battle as soon as possible. Muigetsu clenched onto his sword tightly and let Koseishi flow through it.

[Muigetsu] Sasu kiba!

Muigetsu let out a barrage of slices at Zeno. He tried his best to deflect it but his shoulder along with his wrist were sliced in the process.

[Zeno] It seems like you've come to your senses.

A spiral of flames enveloped Zeno's sword.

[Zeno] I've gotten stronger since then, keep up if you can.

Zeno appeared behind Muigetsu, his speed had nearly doubled since the last time he'd seen Muigetsu.

[Zeno] Fumetsu no honō.

A circle of flames appeared under Muigetsu's feet that stunned him on impact as they raged. Zeno kicked Muigetsu back. Muigetsu clenched onto his sword and prepared for Zeno's next attack.

[Muigetsu] *struggling* Even though I can use koseishi, it's not strong enough. I can barely maintain Shūchū.

Zeno appeared in front of Muigetsu and extended his sword. They clashed asn Muigetsu blocked it using his own.

[Zeno] Nesshabyō.

Heat blasted from Zeno's sword into Muigetsu's face, causing him to drop. His vision was blurry, his head started to throb, and his breathing became unsteady.

[Muigetsu] *heavy breathing* *in his head*Just what is this? This is the same ability he used on Taizuchi.

Zeno dashed forward and kicked Muigetsu in the stomach. Muigetsu dropped his sword and fell on his knees, choking and coughing from the hit.

[Zeno] How do you expect to beat me like that?

Muigetsu held his stomach in pain and reached for his sword. Zeno kicked it away and grabbed Muigetsu. He threw him, causing him to crash into the ground. Muigetsu slowly got up and tried to catch his breath.

[Zeno] I'll end this quickly.

Meanwhile, Taizuchi and Kairo were facing off against each other. Both of them rushed forward and clashed. They exchanged quick blows and Taizuchi immediately realized the situation. He quickly adjusted and became more serious.

[Taizuchi] Andenryū!

Taizuchi crossed his arms to block and flattened out his palms. As soon as Kairo hit his arms, Taizuchi grabbed his arm and threw him up. He placed his other palm to his torso and blasted a pillar of air out of it. It stunned Kairo for a brief moment and shot him up into the sky. Taizuchi sprung up and flashed behind Kairo and slammed his leg into his back. Kairo fell back against the surface like a meteor, the force broke the ground below him and he nearly passed out. He quickly got up and looked around for his sword. It was meters away from him but he quickly rushed to it, dodging Taizuchi's ranged attacks. He rolled and dashed, did everything he could to evade them and quickly grabbed the sword but as soon as he got up, Taizuchi was standing in front of him. Taizuchi cocked his arm back and sent Kairo rolling backwards before coming to his feet again and sliding away. Kairo spit some blood out of his mouth and wiped his face off before clenching onto his sword. Taizuchi lunged forward attempting to strike him. Kairo raised his sword and focused a little koseishi in his sword before striking. The slice bended the air around Taizuchi and Kairo, but Taizuchi flipped back and evaded the attack, but not unscathed. His Kimono ripped and a gash appeared on his left shoulder.
