The Rematch II: Terrifying Strength

Somewhere in Tokyo at a nearby park - Kairo and Muigetsu vs. Rintatsuchi.

[Rintatsuchi] I'll admit it, you've definitely gotten stronger since then.

[Muigetsu] Good observation.

[Rintatsuchi] It doesn't matter, because you still won't defeat me here.

[Kairo] You're really still saying that despite the position you're in? Looks like we'll have to show you.

Rintatsuchi ripped his shirt off and spread his arms wide. His smile widened and his eyes opened wide. A rush of adrenaline flowed throughout his body as he got excited to test his strength against the two.

[Rintatsuchi] *excited* Bring it!

Kairo and Muigetsu split off into separate directions and charged forward. They both struck with swifty slices left and right while moving in sync. Kairo extended his sword toward Rintatsuchi but he swayed and dodged it. He rushed forward and swarmed Kairo with a barrage of punches. Kairo didn't have time to dodge and put his arms up to block, even so, the punches backed quite a blow, enough to still inflict damage. Kairo was being pushed back and his guard nearly dropped. That's when Muigetsu came dashing in, flowing Koseishi in his blade and when he struck, even though Rintatsuchi dodged, a slice appeared on his shoulder.

[Rintatsuchi] Tch! That's a tough one to get around.

[Muigetsu] Stop playing around.

[Rintatsuchi] Who gave you the right to tell me what I should do?

Rintatsuchi clenched his fist and flashed forward.

[Rintatsuchi] Kurai Kousen.

Just before his strike reached Muigetsu, he dashed out of the way. However, Muigetsu could not comprehend what came next. A dark aura crackled and bursted out of his fist and three rays of dark energy shot out like lasers, damaging Muigetsu's left arm. Part of his shirt disintegrated off of his body, revealing his damaged skin.

[Muigetsu] *in pain* What was that? This was different from last time.

Kairo jolted in and struck with blows to his vital spots, but Rintatsuchi evaded them with skill. He had honed his skills since the last time, he wasn't just going to go down. As soon as he dodged Kairo's next strike, he followed up with a combination of blows. A hook to the chin, an uppercut to the liver, a side kick to his ribs, and a final strike to his stomach.

[Rintatsuchi] Kurai Kousen.

A dark beam blasted out of his fist as it drove into Kairo's torso. Kairo went flying into the air and part of his clothing vaporized and his skin was burned. Kairo quickly held up his hands and tried to maintain his balance while he caught hangtime in the air.

[Kairo] *in pain* *in his head* Where the hell did all of that come from?

Rintatsuchi switched his focus to Muigestu and flashed to his position.

[Muigetsu] *in his head* He's faster, much faster than before.

Rintatsuchi hit Muigetsu with a three strike combination to his torso, head, and knee before kicking him away. Muigetsu quickly caught his balance while sliding backwards and planted his feet on the ground.

[Muigetsu] *struggling* *in his head* Not yet, it's too soon to use that. I can't resort to using that. We have to finish this quickly, I don't know how long Katoichi can last there.

Meanwhile - Katoichi vs. Kotaro

Katoichi and Kotaro were clashing in the air, throwing punches left and right. Despite Katoichi having his curse active, Kotaro wasn't faltering the slightest bit, in fact, he wasn't even trying. Seeing this only made Katoichi more frustrated. Katoichi crouched down on the ground and drew his sword as he dashed forward at high speeds.
