The Rematch

[Kotaro] *excited* This is just too good. Well, what do you say? Shall we begin?

[Rintatsuchi] You should've listened to him and run, now it's over for you. You've lost your chance now.

[Kairo] Pfft! Don't make me laugh. Didn't we nearly kill you the last time we fought? You better hold that tongue of yours.

[Rintatsuchi] *pissed* Is that so? I'll have you know that it won't be like the last time, you two only got lucky.

Rintatsuchi held his hand forward and a force blasted out that bent the air around them. Kairo and Muigetsu quickly dashed away in opposite directions.

[Rintatsuchi] You're fast. Impressive, last time you would've gotten hit with that.

[Kairo] Little attacks like that wont work anymore, anyways, I'm not worried about you.

Kairo held his sword forward and pointed the blade at Kotaro.

[Kairo] You're the one I want to get rid of, you sick bastard.

[Kotaro] *laughing* Don't go jumping the gun, I'd never be defeated by the likes of you.

[Rintatsuchi] Oh? So you don't see me as a challenge? That's bold coming from brats like you.

[Muigetsu] Don't underestimate us, you'll regret it.

Rintatsuchi cocked back his fist and exploded forward. Kairo nor Muigetsu moved a muscle and Kairo's sword stayed at its side.

[Kairo] *in his head* Yokeitanto was way faster, he's much slower. I don't even need to use the shuuchuu technique to react.

[Rintatsuchi] Take this!

As soon as Rintatsuchi neared Kairo and began extending his fist, Kairo raised up his leg and slammed it onto Rintatsuchi's head. Rintatsuchi laid there, in shock, unable to process what had just happened.

[Rintatsuchi] *shocked* How?

[Kairo] I told you, I'm not worried about you. Your fate was settled the last time we fought.

[Kotaro] Holding up good there RIntatsuchi?

[Rintatsuchi] It was nothing but a lucky hit.

Rintatsuchi rolled away and slid back to his feet. He got up and took a stance.

[Kotaro] Now, who should I attack first?

Katoichi darted forward and struck, however, Kotaro grabbed his arm without looking and stopped his attack.

[Katoichi] Dammit!

[Kotaro] You're too weak for my liking.

Kotaro slapped Katoichi away and he flew into the nearest tree.

[Muigetsu] Katoichi! Are you alright!?

Katoichi got up off the ground and dusted himself off, then got in a stance.

[Katoichi] I'm fine, just focus on the other guy.

[Muigetsu] Alright!

Muigetsu charged forward and flowed Koseishi in his sword.

[Muigetsu] Sasu yona kiba!

He did a barrage of poke strikes in the direction of Rintatsuchi, but they were all easily evaded. Right after, Kairo came dashing in slicing. Rintasuchi dashed back and held out his palm.

[Rintatsuchi] Tsuburu.

A dark force began to push down on the air and crush the ground below. Kairo and Muigetsu quickly pushed off and dashed out of the attack before they got caught in it.
