Sacred Killers - Akuma no yoru

What is going on?

Kairo and Muigetsu both stood up and kneeled down. They wielded Koseishi in their swords and blasted forward like a bullet. They took down a crowd of people and sliced Rintatsuchi in the stomach, opening two big wounds on either side. Their mind still hazy, body in pain, they still continued to fight.

[Kairo] *in his head* I must fight!

[Rintatsuchi] It seems they have woken up, should I say?

The crowd of underlings surrounded Kairo and Muigetsu as they continued to fight. They clenched and turned their sword sideways.

[Muigetsu] Sasu kiba!

Muigetsu did a barrage of poke strikes, brutally wounding the underlings.

[Kairo] Kirāzu no jihi.

Kairo flashed behind a group of underlings and flipped, then whipped his sword from around his back, using the momentum to slice them. They dropped to the ground.

[Rintatsuchi] I should probably eliminate them now, before master gets back.

Meanwhile- Kotaro and Katoichi

[Kotaro] So you've used that. Seems like you're pretty serious here.

[Katoichi] Cut the bullshit and answer me.

[Kotaro] What's the matter Kato? Are you afraid of what's happening here? Are you afraid of me?

[Katoichi] I said cut it! How are you alive and why are you working for him?!

[Kotaro] I'm not obligated to answer you, that's not why I am here.

Katoichi blasted forward with incredible force, he extended his hand and attempted to grab Kotaro. As soon as he extended his arm, Kotaro extended his arm out and grabbed Katoichi by the neck.

[Kotaro] You really think you can beat me with that power of yours? You'll be dead before we even start.

Kotaro threw Katoichi.

Kairo and Muigetsu vs. Rintatsuchi

Kairo and Muigetsu successfully took out the underlings. They were covered in blood, blood was everywhere.

[Rintatsuchi] I should probably eliminate them now, before master gets back.

Rintatsuchi dashed forward and slammed Kairo and Muigetsu's heads into the ground.

They got up and flipped back, sliding to the back wall. They fully came to their senses and were ready to fight.

[Kairo] I can't believe this, we're actually killing people!

Muigetsu looked at Kairo.

[Muigetsu] It's not the time to be worrying about that! This guy is definitely way stronger than those guys.

[Kairo] I can clearly see that.

Suddenly, Rintatsuchi was hit but no one saw from where. He just flew back out of thin air and slammed against the wall.

Kotaro vs. Katoichi

Kotaro threw Katoichi. Suddenly, Katoichi hit something and his momentum completely stopped.

[Kotaro] *in his head* I see...

Kotaro closed his eyes and took a deep breath.

[Kotaro] Riaritifurippu.

Everything around Kotaro and Katoichi got cold and the darkness around them shined with light, moonlight. There, Kotaro saw what was hidden within the darkness they were enveloped in, the place they were located. The whole time, they were still in the same room.
