Somewhere In a secluded place

Kinoshiba was seated in his office along with Kotaro and Kyutaro. Kotaro could be seen with a mask over his face and bagging under his eyes, he was still recovering and trying to regain his strength slowly. It had been most likely weeks even months since the fight took place but his body remembered every moment from it.

[Kinoshiba] How are the items, Kyutaro?

[Kyutaro] They're fine boss, nothing out of the ordinary.

[Kinoshiba] When we're done here, I'll need you to go and get Yinji from Kaigo city and tell him to come see me.

[Kyutaro] So you're ready now?

[Kinoshiba] *chuckling* The blood moon is near, I feel it. It can be this night, or the next, or even the one after that where it shows. I can sense it!

[Kyutaro] Why is it so important anyway? What exactly will you gain on this night?

[Kinoshiba] Once the blood moon is active, the blood crystal will be at its fullest potential but that also means that it will be harder to contain. However, what we will be able to obtain using it will be better than healing Kotaro's sickness. There is only a small chance of this working, but if we are able to contain the blood crystal then we will be able to use it to overwrite the sacred seal on those cursed items you have stored.

[Kyutaro] Those old pieces of junk?! What are they good for?!
[Kinoshiba] They hold massive amounts of sacred energy, just like this crystal or the Heart of Nature. If we get a hold of that energy, anything is possible.

[Kyutaro] I see, so you want me to bring them to you no-

[Kinoshiba] No...not yet. Not until the very night that the blood moon falls. We won't have another chance like this again so we need to use it wisely. They're not the only thing we need to worry about for that night. If everything goes as planned, we will be able to manipulate the power of the crystal and use it for ourselves. It will become as pure as ever on the blood moon, meaning there are endless possibilities for its power that even I can't fathom. With those two out of our way as well according to you Kyutaro, which I'll take your word for, we won't have any more interferences. It seems everything should go as planned, so there's no need for me to hide anymore. In fact, I'll go meet Yinji myself, you take Renaldo and go train or something.

[Kotaro] Boss?! Are you sure that *cough* *cough* that...you want to just go out like that? I think that it's too soon.

[Kinoshiba] Hmmf...Kotaro, do you think that there is anyone stronger than me currently?

Kotaro hesitated for a moment but overall didn't have anything to say.

[Kinoshiba] If there is anyone out there that can stand up to me, I would like to meet them. The only guy that is the most dangerous for me is Yinji Tensou, our only ally. So there is nothing for you to worry about.

[Kotaro] Yes sir.

Once Kyutaro turned around, Kinoshiba had disappeared, not leaving a trace behind him. Just a lingering smell of expensive cologne.

[Kyutaro] Welp, see ya. I'll take Renaldo with me to train.

[Kotaro] I'm going back to see Rintatsuchi

They both split and went their separate ways.

A little while later

Kyutaro was walking with Renaldo, who's hair had grown out long enough to cover over his eyebrows and his sides had gotten longer as well. His body was still very slim, but he had some visible muscle growth and he could be currently seen with bandages on his left arm and a bandage under his left eye.
