Sacred Killers - Akuma no yoru

The Raid II: True colors show

Everything was dark, nothing to be heard but the voices inside your head as you lose your train of thought. Taizuchi, who was lying on the ground, unable to move an inch, was experiencing these effects.

[Taizuchi] *weak* Dam...nit! H-how dare he? That damn fool!

Taizuchi tried to stand, but his body didn't have the strength. All he could do was lie there.

[Taizuchi] *weak* I have to find a way out of here somehow.

Muigetsu vs Hokuto

[Hokuto] You're with that guy aren't you? The one that just sped past us.

[Muigetsu] What are you talking about? Shouldn't you be worrying about our fight?

[Hokuto] You're nothing but a small fry to me.

[Muigetsu] For a big guy like you, a small fry definitely couldn't fill you up.

[Hokuto] Oh? So you got jokes, don't you?

[Muigetsu] You'll soon find out, I'm not that small fry you called me just now, fat bastard.

Muigetsu dashed forward and drew his sword. He surprised Hokuto with his speed, however, his strike did not land. Hokuto stopped the blade with his bare hand.

[Muigetsu] *shocked* How?!

Hokuto swung his other arm around to strike Muigetsu. Muigetsu quickly dashed back and Hokuto's arm slammed into the academy wall, breaking through it.

[Hokuto] You're a fast one, but you don't have much power in that strike of yours.

Hokuto raised up his hand and slammed it as hard as he could into the floor. Muigetsu dashed away and jumped onto the wall before sliding down. The floor beneath them had started to collapse, Muigetsu quickly jumped down and noticed Sasaki covered in blood and all of the men who were just fighting him dead on the floor.

[Muigetsu] *in shock* How?!

Sasaki was stumbling and his breathing was heavy. His pupils were small and his iris was red. His fingers twitched uncontrollably as he spoke.  

[Sasaki] *straining* Get...away...i-

Sasaki dropped to his knees and then his head slammed onto the floor and he fell unconscious.

[Hokuto] Heh, little brat seemed to have gotten hit good!

Hokuto looked over at Sasaki's body and saw not a single wound.

[Hokuto] *in his head* He doesn't seem to be injured, so what could've been the cause of this?

Muigetsu rushed Hokuto and extended his leg to kick, but it was dodged seamlessly.

[Hokuto] You have to do better than that to beat me. Shouldn't you be worried about your little friend there?

[Muigetsu] He'll be okay, he isn't injured. He just seemed exhausted from the fight.

Three students ran up to Sasaki and picked up his body. However, fear struck his their eyes as soon as they saw Hokuto.

[Muigetsu] Don't worry! I can handle this guy, just take him!

The students put Sasaki's body on a stretcher and took him to Minako sensei. Meanwhile, Muigetsu continued to face off against Hokuto.

[Hokuto] So you think you can handle me?

Hokuto flashed into the air above Muigetsu and proceeded to slam his feet into his position, however, Muigetsu dodged to the left and nearly fell. The impact of the attack broke the floor once again and they fell through. Muigetsu did not land and fell to his side, but Hokuto was standing upright. Muigetsu quickly got to his feet and prepared to attack. Students were running around and fighting was happening everywhere. The school was being torn to shreds. However, sound did not reach Muigetsu and Hokuto. The area around them was silent, Hokuto could hear Muigetsu's breaths as he inhaled and exhaled. Muigetsu clenched onto his sword and flew forward with a leap. He raised his sword and slammed it onto Hokuto. However, Hokuto simply raised his arm and Muigetsu could not cut through him.
