I gave my team some work before kick starts our new project, it's for a new office renovation for a multi-national company, we have to renovate it to look elegant and comfy, apparently the CEO thinks the more aesthetic and comfortable the workspace is, the more the employees find it lenient to work. "Hmm that's a good idea actually" I thought to myself when I first read that line.

So, I asked my team to gather ideas and work progress how they want to do it so that we can finalize on one thing.

"Morning Eve..." one of my colleagues wished me as I entered our office premises

"Morning Steve" I replied

My team actually bought some good and some ridiculous ideas, so after discussing all afternoon we effectively finalized some parts of the project.

"So, coming to the workspace, does anyone have any bright ideas."

"I think we should keep it simple like how we want to have it at our home, said Hailey.

"OK that's a good start..." I said impressed.

They all gave their ideas and we discussed and finally I said "Okay let's do one thing we'll meet the employees and ask them how they want their workspace to be, what kind of aesthetics they prefer then we'll finalize on the most voted preference."

Everyone agreed and we decided to go to that company in two days.

"But do you think the authorities allow us to take their employees working time? " Gary raised a question with his eyebrows furrowed.

"Okay I'll speak with Mr. Brown to ask for permission"

We ended our discussion and all of them went to have lunch.

I went to meet the director Mr. Brown, to ask him to get a permission from this company.

"Hello Mr. Brown, can I come in? " I asked politely with a small smile.

"Hello Ms. Scott, please come in" he welcomed me inside.

I explained him our plan and he thought for a second and " I don't think it's that simple Ms. Scott, Mr. Fedrick is not so conventional man, he is very precise about his time and work" there was an inconvenience on his face while describing Mr. CEO.

"What do you suggest I do?" I asked him, impatience was visible all over my face.

"I think you should go and talk to him. I'll arrange an appointment with him" he said almost like the issue is solved.

"Me?"
