The three figures are from the episode "Sworn to the Sword" at the Ancient Sky Arena. The diamond mural mentioned before labels them. Yellow diamond is on the left, blue in the middle, and white is on the right. Blue diamond would be over torture because of the mace she is using. The mace would cause the most damage without killing you. The mace is a bludgeon kind of weapon that could break bone as well as pierce skin. A person could live from being hit with a mace but would suffer until the wielder of the mace ended them with a final blow. I think that Lapis was under blue diamond's authority because of the blue diamond on her outfit. Blue diamond was over torture and water is a type of torture. Drowning is one of the worst ways to die. You have three minutes of consciousness before you pass out and die.The shackles she used on Malachite reminded me of prisoner shackles, she even called Jasper her prisoner. Blue diamond was imprisoned in the walls of the Lighthouse where Rose could watch her and Lapis was imprisoned in the mirror. I think Rose did that as a sort of ironic gesture that the torturers are now being held captive. The Yellow Diamond statue has a helmet and sword but I see the helmet as a crown. A crown and sword identifies a king or ruler. Yellow Diamond is the ruler of the home world like a political head. The crossover strap on Yellow Diamond's outfit matches Garnet's outfit. I think that Ruby and Sapphire were under Yellow Diamond who was over The Home World. They were too weak to fight in wars alongside White Diamond and too weak to torture people with Blue Diamond. They had to stay on the home world with Yellow Diamond. The White Diamond statue has her hand over her heart, a known patriotic gesture. This shows that she cares the most for the Home World to fight for it which leads me to believe that she is over militaristic actions.
