Peridot's ship is a hand and the bottom part of the wrist looks as if it would connect to something. The Red eye would be apart of this something. Steven mentioned a giant foot in "arcade mania" that could be took as a joke but as we've seen jokes hold a deeper meaning. All of these things would connect with other pieces to make a giant humanoid robot ship.
