After watching the episode "Historical Friction" again I heard Steven say, "it's a quadruple Noogie." This was a fusion of Rose because of the hair, Pearl because of the hands, and Garnet because of the wide hips.
Most Fusions with Amethyst have long hair that reaches the bottom of their waist almost to their legs this one doesn't. Also if Amethyst was in it, it would have six arms because Garnet and Rainbow Quartz both have two each.
