It was just three names, so the use of the word others must mean that there were too many to name at one time. It shows that there were more crystal gems when Amethyst was around. She wasn't around for the first war. So the second war must have been when all of the crystal gems excluding Garnet, Pearl, Amethyst, and Rose all died.
