The sun has started to go down. Del could only see Hershels face, burned into her mind.
"You really think some people will come with us?" Rosita asked from the passenger seat.
"This place is supposed to be full of people, i'm sure somebody will find pride in coming with you guys." Tara spoke for Del.
Del couldn't even focus on a conversation.
"Hey," Glenn whispered to her. They were sat in the very back by themselves, "You okay?"
"No."
"Maybe they will be there. That is where everyone who survived would go."
"What if they didn't survive though? What if they are all dead back at the prison with Hershel?"
"You can't think like that."
"Why get my hopes up? I thought my family was dead once... It's different this time. The grief... You don't know how hard it is to go through the grieving process for your siblings then find out they are alive, then possibly lose them again. To lose them, lose Hershel.. It is killing me."
"You're right, I don't know. But I know if they are alive they are looking for you, and they would go to Terminus."
"It won't be the same. Hershel is gone."
Glenn stared at her with a sad look. She could tell those words made him uncomfortable but it was true. He was for sure dead, and Jake could be, Kay could be, Maggie, Beth, Daryl... Everyone she loved could be dead.
"You know," Del held back tears as she spoke up again, "I asked Hershel not to go. I thought I was going to die while he was gone.. He told me I wouldn't miss my goodbye... And I did. With everyone. Why me? Out of everyone why did I have to be the one to get out?"
"They could still be alive, Del. The only person we know about for sure is... Hershel. He would want you to pray on it and have hope."
She looked at him dead in his eyes.
"God will have to beg for my forgiveness, Glenn."

Del looked over to see everyone but her and Abraham asleep. He hadn't stopped the truck since they found out about Terminus.
"You awake back there?" Abraham looked at her in the rearview mirror.
"Yeah." She knew she wouldn't be able to sleep for a long time.
"Wanna hear a joke?"
"Sure."
"So this solider runs up to nun and asks her to hide underneath her skirt. She agrees and he does. Then two more soliders run up and ask her if she saw the man. The nun lies and points them to the wrong direction. The solider comes up from her skirt and tells her 'Thank you. I'm don't want to go to Vietnam. By the way, you have nice legs' and the nun replies 'If you would have looked a little further up you would have seen a nice pair of balls too. I don't want to go to Vietnam either.'" He busted into laughter at his own joke and Del couldn't help but crack a smile, shaking her head at how childish the joke was.
"There's a smile." Abraham sounded accomplished, "I was starting to think ya didn't have teeth."
Del just sighed from laughing, still giggling at how stupid the joke was.
"I know it was supposed to only be a question every mile but I think we have passed many miles since then, so can I ask you something?" Abraham questioned.
"Go for it."
"Who are you looking for? I know that kid is looking for his girl, but who are you going on for?"
The smile fell from Dels face thinking back to everyone she missed.
"My sister, little brother... My best friend and her sister... My... friends. Lots of people. My family."
"You think you'll find them?"
"Hope so."
It fell quiet for a second, the trucks engine hum being the only noise.
"You'll find your people."

"God damnit!" Abrahams yell jolted Del from her sleep. She had just began falling asleep too. The sun had finally came up. The truck was stopped.
"What's going on?" Glenn yawned.
"The damn truck broke down!" Abraham threw his door open. They all climbed out to see smoke coming from the hood of the truck. Abraham punched it, cussing under his breath.
"We walk." Abraham pointed to the road ahead of them.
"That is too long." Rosita shook her head.
"About a four hour walk to the closest town." Eugene stared down at a map.
"How far to Terminus?" Glenn joined his side.
"That would be a two week walk."
"Fuck," Del muttered, "Our best bet is to go to town, get a car."
"Reds right," Abraham was clearly stressed, "We need to walk now."
As much as Del wanted to keep going, she was exhausted. Mentally, emotionally, physically. She felt sick to her stomach, and not because she was finally getting over her sickness.
She ran over to the edge of the road, throwing up. She didn't know if it was because of her exhaustion, because her illness was coming back, or thinking of everything that had just happened the day before.
"Ew!" Eugene gasped. Glenn and Rosita ran to her side. Rosita pulled her hair back from her face.
"Hey, you okay?" Glenn rubbed her back but avoided looking at the puke.
"I'm fine.. Lets go."

Dels stomach tossed and turned with each step she took. Miles of nothing but walkers and empty buildings every once in awhile.
"Are you sick again?" Glenn walked beside her.
"I think its just... everything."
He nodded, offering her a water. She took it, rinsing out the puke taste from her mouth and spitting it out before taking an actual drink.
She tried to hand it back to him but he gently pushed it away.
"You uh... keep it."
"I got him!" Abraham called as he drove his knife into a walkers head. Del had noticed it was always Abraham or Rosita getting them, Eugene tensed up when a walker came by.
"Come look." Eugene called, an electrical box was to their left.
They all huddled up to see another map posted of Terminus. Eugene double checked their map to make sure they were headed the same way.
"Del." Glenn stood on the opposite side of the box. She joined his side to see writing, with what seemed to be in blood.

- daryl beth and jakeHer heart did a flip. She read the words over and over again. She felt her eyes focus and unfocus on the words, not able to tell if she was seeing things.
"Oh ho! Told ya!" Abraham laughed, nudging Del. She couldn't even hear him. Daryl was alive, at least long enough to have wrote that. Her heart was in her ears.
She looked at Glenn, almost as if to make sure he was seeing the same thing. He was smiling softly at her.
"Got a little more power to your step now?"
