Multiple matches later, the two teams decided to stop. Up on the balcony, Daisuke was impressed, especially with the quick attack duo.

After he walked down, he announced that he would be starting with Karasuno. The team of crows gathered around the man, excitement and nervousness radiating off of them.

"Alright guys, you did very well, but you need to work on your receives and passes. Relying on your captain and libero will only get you so far."

He looked at Daichi and smiled, "You are an excellent captain. Making a solid foundation for your team is one of your key jobs, and you excel at that, good job."

Daichi's mouth hung open before it turned into a smile, "Thank you!"

He then looked at Nishinoya, "You're an incredible libero, I don't have much criticism for you, but you can do a lot more than just receiving as a libero. I'm sure you'll figure out what that means soon."

Nishinoya smiled brightly and nodded, "Thanks!"

When Daisuke looked at Asahi, the ace froze. Himari snickered at him before listening to what her dad had to say.

"You're a really good ace, but you need more confidence. If you aren't confident while on the court, you'll hesitate and mess up your plays. Even if you get blocked over and over again, just remember that you have a team to back you up. Be confident in their abilities and your own."

Asahi nodded with a determined look, "Yes, thank you!"

Daisuke gave his thoughts and criticisms on each player, and then he finally got to the quick attack duo.

"Alright, I'm going to start with Kageyama, that's your name?" He asked, pointing at the first year setter.

"Yes sir!"

"Alright, Kageyama, you are an incredible setter. Your intuition and abilities are that of a pro, but you need to work more on communicating with your teammates. I'm expecting great things from you, and I believe I'll see you on my team in the future."

Kageyama was practically glowing and his eyes were almost sparkling, "Thank you, I'll do my very best!"

Daisuke then turned to Hinata who looked up at him with determination, "You have so much potential, but I'm assuming you're new to the game. With Kageyama, you're incredible and can get past any blocker, but how would you do with a setter who isn't Kageyama? You need to learn how to think while you play, so you can adapt to all types of players. I know you'll improve, and I believe I'll also be seeing you in the future."

Hinata was smiling so wide it looked like his face would split. He gave a determined nod to the coach, "Thank you!"

Daisuke then turned to his daughter who was staring off into space, "You should pay more attention."

Himari gave him an offended gasp, "I pay attention quite well, sir. You should pay more attention."

"I always pay attention!"

"Agree to disagree."

Daisuke smiled before ruffling Himari's hair. She swatted his hand away and whined, "You and Tetsu are the worst!"

He laughed before making his way over to Nekoma. Himari sighed before turning to her team with a smile.

"I'll help you guys impress him at spring nationals."

Her teammates smiled at her and nodded, "Yeah!"

When her dad finished talking to Nekoma, he shook the coaches' hands and gave them some words of encouragement, "You guys are doing really good. These kids are talented, so keep at it."

"Thank you!"

Daisuke grabbed his belongings before placing a kiss on Himari's forehead and patting Kuroo and Kenma on the back.

"I'll be off now, bye and do your best at the prelims."

After he left, all the players just stood still, exhausted from playing so many games and happy that Japan's volleyball coach watched them and gave them advice.

"Everyone, let's start cleaning up!"

After the gym was cleaned, everyone changed and got ready to leave. Himari had basically attached herself to Kuroo and refused to let go of him.

"I'm coming with you." Himari said.

Kuroo laughed and hugged her back before letting go. Himari frowned, making Kuroo feel a little bad.

"Mari, I'll see you again, you know that."

"But, I wanna see grandma and grandpa, and I wanna hang out with Kenma more."

Kuroo deadpanned at her, realizing that she just wanted to see his parents and hang out with her best friend.

"You're so mean, Mari!"

Himari smiled, "But I wanna hang out with you too!"

Kuroo smiled and patted her head, before going to his team.

Himari then turned to Kenma and smiled, "When I come to Tokyo, let's hang out!"

Kenma smiled and nodded, "Okay."

"Bye, see you later!" The whole Karasuno team yelled as Nekoma left.

After they left, Ukai turned to his players with a determined look, "Let's go back to our gym and discuss, we need to get ready for the prelims."

"Yes sir!"
