The last day of the week long camp finally arrived. Osamu and Suna had asked Himari to give Atsumu food for them, so she woke up early and made onigiri and bought those jelly sticks that Suna liked. Then she decided to make some onigiri for those who had to travel by train to get there, which, thankfully, wasn't a lot.
Once she finished, she put them in a bag and put them aside to give to the players. She walked into the gym where she saw her dad and Coach Adachi getting everything ready for the day.
"You ready for the last day, Mari?"
Himari nodded before going to a corner in the gym and lying down. She fell asleep soon after and stayed asleep when everyone arrived in the gym.
"No fair, I wanted to sleep in the corner," Hikari muttered as she sat next to Himari.
Daiki sat on the other side of her with a marker ready when he saw Hikari shake her head.
"Don't you remember the last time you pranked her? Just remember, Himari is the one making most of the food."
Daiki thought back and shivered. Himari had put a lot of dairy in his food that day. Unfortunately, he was also lactose intolerant.
The rest also sat down and waited for the players to arrive. By the time they did arrive, all of them were asleep.
"Are they...?"
"Asleep? Yes. Now, come on, it's the last day."
The players were trying to play quietly, which was impossible and the two coaches were trying not to laugh.
"Hey, these guys have been coming to the national team's practices since they were kids, trust me, they can sleep through it," Daisuke said.
The players relaxed and began playing normally and they were surprised when the five teens didn't even stir. Eventually, Himari woke up and looked around.
"Practice started already?"
Daisuke looked at his daughter with an amused smile, "Started an hour and a half ago."
Himari nodded and stood. She stretched her arms over her head before standing next to her dad.
"Woah, hey, is that a cockroach by Atsumu's feet?"
Atsumu shrieked loudly and glared at Himari, who had taken off her glasses to rub her eyes.
"Oh, never mind, it was just a smudge on my glasses."
Atsumu turned red as he heard the other players laughing at him.
"She said cockroach! Those things can fly!"
As the players continued, the other four woke up from their naps and joined Himari. Eventually, the practice concluded.
"After lunch, it will be time for you to leave, so eat up!"
The players hurried to the cafeteria as Himari and her friends stayed behind to help clean.
"You guys don't need to help. Also, you guys can leave when the players leave, we'll clean up."
The five nodded and headed to the cafeteria. Himari helped Aiko get her food before she got her own. Afterwards, she went ahead and sat with Kageyama.
"Kageyama, I'm going back to Miyagi with you, so wait for me."
Kageyama nodded and continued eating. He got some jealous looks from Hoshiumi and Atsumu, but didn't seem to notice. Himari talked to Kageyama about his training and he answered all her questions, though something seemed to be bothering him.
