The next day, Himari packed all her things up before going down for lunch. Iwaizumi was already there enjoying a bowl of rice.

"Good afternoon, what did you think of the team yesterday?"

Iwaizumi smiled widely, "They're really cool and welcoming. They invited me for dinner today."

Himari smiled, "That's good. I should get going now. Toma and Yuusei are probably going to annoy me if I don't."

Iwaizumi waved, "Have fun."

Himari waved before heading out the door. She walked for twenty minutes before reaching a big high school. She looked at the time and sighed. Their classes wouldn't be let out for another ten minutes.

While she waited, she called Hinata. The phone rang once before Himari heard her friend's energetic voice,

"Mari! Hi!"

"Hi Hinata, how are you doing?"

"I'm doing great! When are you coming back? Coach wants to have one last game."

"I'm leaving today, so I should be back by tomorrow."

"So we can have that match this weekend?"

"Yup! Oh, by the way, my cousins are huge fans of yours."

Himari heard Hinata gasp, "Really?! I have fans overseas?! That's so cool!"

Himari laughed, "Yeah, I'm waiting for them to be dismissed from school. Want to say hi?"

"Yes please! Also, also, call me Shoyo!"

"You got it, Shoyo. Oh, they're coming out now."

Himari switched to video call and saw Hinata's excited face. Himari smiled and looked up when she heard her name being called.

"Mari!"

Her cousins along with a few of their friends walked up to her. Himari smiled at them and turned her phone around,

"Look who I'm talking to."

The group gasped and crowded around her phone. Hinata's eyes were practically sparkling.

Yuusei grabbed Himari's hand and brought the phone closer to his face, "Hinata, can I get your autograph?" He asked in Japanese.

"I don't have a signature yet!"

Yuusei shook his head, "That's fine! I want to tell people that I got your autograph before you went pro!"

Hinata gasped and nodded his head. Himari then heard yelling on his side.

"Shoyo, go to sleep!"

Hinata groaned, but smiled when he looked back at his phone,

"Bye Mari, I'll see you soon!"

"Bye Shoyo."

She ended the call and put her phone in her pocket. Toma then grabbed her arm and shook her,

"Mari, meet our friends."

Himari waved, "Hi."

One of the boys walked closer to her, "Wow, she's prettier in person."

Another guy pulled him back, "Dude, calm down. She literally slapped one of her players on live television."

"Anyway, you were really cool! All the players were amazing and it was like I was right there watching!"

"Thanks. It was pretty intense, but being down on the court is always fun."

Himari laughed and talked with them some more until it was time for her to leave.

"Bye, I have to get ready to go home."

Toma and Yuusei frowned, "You're already going back? Why?"

"I want to spend time with my third year friends before they finally leave for college. Also, I have school in a few weeks. Plus, I'll call you guys."

"You better call every day."

Himari smiled, "Sure."

Himari turned to leave, but turned back around, "Yuusei, buy me those ice cream bites."

Yuusei snapped his fingers, "I thought you forgot about that!"

"About ice cream? Never."

~

Three hours later, Himari was sitting at her gate eating the ice cream bites Yuusei bought her. She sighed and looked up at the ceiling, deep in thought.

"What should I do when I get home? Sleep? Maybe I'll hang out with Kiyoko and Yachi. Nah, I'll just sleep. I didn't get to say bye to Hajime. I'll just text him, he's probably eating dinner with the team."

Himari stayed like that until her group was called to board. She got onto the plane and found her seat by the window. She smiled to herself as she looked out,

I'll get to see the sunset.

~

Eleven hours later, the plane landed in Japan. Himari stretched her arms and looked at the foreigner sitting next to her who was slightly older than her.

"Um, excuse me," the foreigner said in broken Japanese.

Himari looked at them and could see they were nervous, "It's okay, I speak English," she replied in English.

The foreigner sighed a breath of relief, "Do you know where a hotel is that I can stay at?"

Himari thought for a moment before nodding, "Yeah, there's one five minutes from this airport. It's called the Country inn."

The foreigner smiled, "Thank you so much!"

The two of them got off the plane and split up. Himari went through all the security points before heading to where her mom was waiting. She tiredly exited the airport and found her mom's car.

"Hi sweetheart, how was California?"

Himari smiled, "Good. Hajime is already friends with the team. Toma and Yuusei are doing good too."

Ayaka smiled, "That's good. Now, how about we get home so you can sleep."

"Yes please."
