After school the next day, Himari went to Lil' Tykes volleyball class since there was no practice due to gym maintenance. Unfortunately, Oikawa was also there.

A week after Seijoh's loss, Oikawa was able to finally think back to what he said to Himari and he had been feeling guilty ever since. Iwaizumi also made sure to scold him after finding out what happened. Every day since then, Oikawa opened her contact urging himself to call her, but he didn't know what he wanted to say.

Finally, he would be able to apologize to her, but unfortunately for him, Himari was extremely petty.

When he got to the gym, the brunette was already there, helping the kids lace up their shoes and getting knee pads on. He wiped his sweaty hands on his shorts and approached the girl slowly.

"Mari..."

Himari pretended not to hear him as she patted one of the kids on the back. She stood up, looking past the setter and smiled at Takeru.

"Hey Takeru, you ready for today?"

Takeru nodded before looking at his uncle who looked like he was about to cry. Takeru shrugged before skipping to the brunette so she could help him.

"Mari, I'm sorry!"

She looked at Takeru with a confused look, "Did you hear something, Takeru?"

The little boy giggled and shook his head. Himari smiled, patting his head, "Me neither. Come on, let's go."

Oikawa stood dejected as he watched her walk off, but he became determined to talk to her and make things right.

Throughout the class, Oikawa kept bothering Himari like an annoying fly. She tried not to show that he was getting to her, but her eye began to twitch from the constant annoyance.

"Mari. Mari. Mari."

Oikawa was poking the side of her head while calling her name over and over. Once the class ended, Himari glared at the third year, who flinched from her glare.

"What do you want, Oikawa?"

The setter flinched again due to the use of his last name, but he quickly composed himself and looked Himari in the eye.

"I want to talk, please."

Himari looked and saw that Takeru, who was the last one, was done changing, so she stood up. She looked behind her and saw Oikawa just standing there, so she motioned for him to follow her.

"Come on, we'll talk outside."

Oikawa quickly grabbed his nephew's hand and ran to the girl. He walked by her side silently which annoyed her.

"You wanted to talk, so talk."

Oikawa nodded and cleared his throat before looking Himari in the eye.

"I am so sorry for how I talked to you that day. I was just mad and frustrated that we lost to Ushiwaka again, but that's not an excuse. I am sorry."

Every word was sincere, Himari could tell. She stood there for a while, staring at the setter before sighing.

"It's alright, I forgive you."

Oikawa's eyes lit up and he smiled brightly, "I won't do that again, I promise."

Himari smiled, "You better not. Also, you owe me ramen."

Oikawa nodded and called Takeru over, since he had wandered off while they were talking. Takeru ran over and walked between them.

"Tooru, Mari, I want to learn how to serve!" Takeru yelled. Himari chuckled and Oikawa smiled at him.

"Shh, not so loud it's rude." Oikawa told the boy.

Takeru nodded and grabbed Himari's hand, swinging them back and forth as they walked.

"O-Oikawa, Mari?"

The two brunettes looked up and saw Kageyama standing in front of them with a confused expression.

"W-what are you two doing here?" Kageyama asked.

"We're here with Takeru." Himari answered with a monotone voice that made Kageyama flinch.

"Sup!" Takeru exclaimed with a wave which Kageyama returned.

"What about practice?" Kageyama asked Oikawa.

Oikawa gave Kageyama a look of disdain, "We almost always take Mondays off."

"A day off every week?! Who does that?!"

The three began walking past Kageyama and Oikawa answered, "I'm not ditching, just taking a break. Bye."

"Oikawa, wait!"

The brunette setter turned around and stuck his tongue out, taunting the first year setter. Himari and Takeru rolled their eyes as they watched.

"Come on, Takeru, let's go." Himari said.

The little boy nodded and the two walked off. Oikawa quickly followed behind them as Kageyama yelled at Oikawa to answer his question. Suddenly, they heard fast footsteps approaching them and Kageyama jumped in front of them.

They got startled, but quickly composed themselves. Oikawa then smiled and handed his phone to Takeru.

"Takeru, take a picture. Hold my phone and push this button." He said and then stood in front of Kageyama.

"Tobio, don't move." Oikawa told the first year as he posed with a peace sign.

"Perfect, now I've got a photo of Tobio asking me for a favor."

Himari looked over at the picture and giggled when she saw that Oikawa was out of focus.

"I gotta tell you Uncle Tooru, this is a totally lame picture." Takeru said, which made Himari laugh.

Oikawa got over it quickly and looked at Kageyama, "So what is it? I'm kind of busy here."

"You said you were sad because Mari was ignoring you."

Oikawa turned around and glared at his nephew, "Hey Takeru, why don't we play the quiet game!"

"You were about to cry because of it!"

"I said let's play the quiet game!"

"Whatever!"

Himari always loved watching the uncle and nephew pair bicker, it was hilarious. Takeru gave her a smile and a thumbs up to which she returned.

As Oikawa and Kageyama talked she zoned out, but she caught onto the last part of what Oikawa said.

I told him exactly the same thing and he tried to punch me, Himari thought.

Takeru pulled Himari's hand and the two quickly caught up to Oikawa. The brunette setter had a smile on his face as he walked and Takeru handed him his phone.

"You're in a better mood." Takeru said.

"Kageyama is a lot more useless than I thought and that makes me happy." Oikawa responded, making Himari roll her eyes.

"Dude, I'm totally out of focus!" Oikawa exclaimed as he looked at the picture.

Himari and Takeru giggled before running ahead of the setter who just smiled at them.

"Come on Takeru, Tooru's getting us ramen!"

"Yay!"

Oikawa could practically hear his wallet crying as they walked to the restaurant, but it was all worth it since he got his friend back.
