Oatmeal Raisin isn't a Cookie

The next day came around, and since it was the weekend the Nekoma team and Fukurodani team were also visiting Himari.

They had all arrived at the hospital at the same time, so they decided to go up together. Once they got to the floor, they were surprised to see Himari awake and walking while pushing a guy away from her.

"Daiki, I'm getting that cookie first, so go away."

"You can barely walk, I'm getting it first."

"Look who's talking."

The two were fighting, not noticing the group in front of them looking shocked. Himari was pushing Daiki back when she was suddenly enveloped in a hug.

"Mari, you're awake," Kuroo whispered as tears threatened to fall from his eyes.

She patted his back and smiled. He quickly pulled back and scanned her face to see if she was in pain.

"I'm sorry, you must be in pain."

Himari chuckled and shook her head, "Nah I'm on a lot of pain medication right now. I feel like I'm floating."

Himari noticed that Daiki was no longer next to her and saw that was making his way across the. She pushed Kuroo out of the way.

"Daiki! Not fair!"

She quickly turned to her team and pointed at Hinata, "Hinata, go get the cookie before him!"

Hinata saluted and ran off. Himari heard Daiki yelp when Hinata ran past him and laughed. He turned and glared at her while she gave him a smile.

"So what's up guys? Don't you have school today? Oh, wait, it's the weekend. So what's up guys?"

It was obvious that Himari was on a lot of medication. She looked at them expectantly and they were silent for a moment.

"We're visiting you, cause you know..."

Himari nodded, but soon smiled when she heard Hinata running back. Once he gave her the cookie she frowned.

"Was there no other cookie?"

Hinata shook his head. Himari turned to Kuroo and gave him the cookie with a frown. Daiki had also returned by then, frowning.

"What? What's wrong with it?" He asked confused, wondering what was wrong with the perfectly good cookie.

"It's oatmeal raisin," was all she said.

Suga raised a brow, "So?"

Himari turned to the setter, "Oatmeal raisin is not a real cookie."

Daiki nodded in agreement. Noya and Tanaka also nodded.

"Yeah, they're just a rip off of chocolate chip cookies!"

Himari suddenly felt a hand on her head and saw Akaashi smiling at her.

"I'm glad you're feeling better, Mari."

Himari smiled and nodded, "Thanks!"

It was silent for a moment before Himari was enveloped in a giant group hug. She looked up and saw her whole team hugging her (except for Tsukishima and Kageyama, of course).

Kiyoko had tears in her eyes as she looked at her friend,

"We're glad you're back."

"Me too."

Soon, everyone had gone back to Himari's room. Daiki had to return to his own, which he was not happy about.
