Himari went back to practice the next day after returning from Tokyo. While she and Yachi were carrying the crates of water bottles, they noticed Kageyama dressed up in a hoodie, a baseball cap, and sunglasses.
"Kageyama, what are you doing?" Himari asked, an amused smile on her face.
"How did you know it was me?!" He yelled, taking off the cap and glasses.
The two girls looked at each other and smiled. Yachi turned towards the boy with a knowing smile.
"Were you trying to disguise yourself or something?"
Kageyama blushed and looked away from the two causing Himari to laugh.
"Sorry." Yachi apologized.
It was silent for a moment before Kageyama spoke, "Of all the possible teams we'll be facing in the tournament, there's only one that I really need to see play."
Oh, he wants to stalk Oikawa, Himari thought to herself.
"I get it, you're going to record a video!" Yachi said, shaking Himari out of her thoughts.
"Oh Yachi, you can only tape matches. It's an unspoken rule." Himari explained.
"I just, I just want to go and watch for a little bit. I don't have a lot of time, there's less than two months before we start playing again. But I need to see them, I need to study their game."
"You sound really creepy, Kageyama." Himari said, causing an invisible arrow to hit Kageyama.
"You know if you want to go to a school after classes are out, wouldn't it be better to dress like you're on a sports team there?" Yachi asked.
Himari looked at the shorter girl and raised her eyebrow, "You have experience?"
"No!" She waved her hands around defending herself while Himari laughed and Kageyama thought hard.
The two girls picked up the crates and turned to Kageyama, "Well, if you're going to go, try acting natural and not like you're stalking the team."
The boy didn't respond so the girls walked away. They put the crates down and watched as the boys individually practiced.
"They're really fired up, huh?" Yachi commented.
"Yeah, they really want to get to nationals."
They will get to nationals.

Hours later, when the sun went down, Kageyama finally returned from Seijoh. Hinata and him were talking and then the short player began yelling.
"What's going on?" Himari asked.
"Seijoh, they're incredible. Oikawa is a great setter and captain. He was able to immediately adjust on a team with college players." Kageyama said dejectedly.
Himari shook her head before wrapping an arm around Kageyama's neck and bringing him to her level.
"Kageyama, we're not going to be playing against college students, we'll be playing against high schoolers. It's good practice to play against them, but what's the point if you're not trying anything new and taking risks? I'll promise you this, Seijoh won't have that many surprises during our match against them. They might add one or two new players, but that can't compete against our new weapons. Just keep doing what you're doing and you guys will defeat them, I promise you."
Kageyama looked at her, a look of determination on his face, "Right! I'll make sure our new weapons succeed and I'll make sure to make opportunities for our spikers!"
"Now, go make a cool speech and reassure the team." Himari said and pushed Kageyama towards the others.
Kageyama did in fact make a really cool speech which fired up the entire team. She was so proud of him and how far he'd come.
Just do what you do best, and win.

It was a day before Karasuno was heading to Tokyo for the last time before matches started back up.
Himari was out shopping for ingredients to make snacks for the teams. As she was looking through her list, she ran into a familiar ace.
"Mari?"
She looked up and her face melted into a smile, "Iwa, hi."
"Hi, what are you doing here?"
She smiled and tilted her head, "Shopping, duh."
"Oh, right. Mind if I join you?"
"Not at all."
The two walked side by side silently until Iwa decided to break it.
"So, I'm assuming you're getting all this to make snacks for your team?"
Himari nodded, "Yeah, we're going to Tokyo for a couple practice matches with some other teams, so I'm making snacks for them as well."
Iwaizumi became intrigued at the fact that Karasuno was going to Tokyo to train. He was also a little jealous.
"Who are you guys playing against?"
"Oh, well, we'll be playing against Fukurodani, Nekoma, Ubugawa, and Shinzen."
Iwaizumi's eyes widened, Those are some of the best schools in Tokyo! How did they manage to get practice matches with them?!
"How'd you guys manage to get practice matches with them?" He asked, trying to act like he didn't really care.
"Well, my uncle is the captain of the Nekoma volleyball team, so I talked to him and then I talked to Fukurodani's coach. Now, Karasuno is officially a part of the Fukurodani Academy group."
He nodded, Of course, Mari has a lot of connections. I just wish we could practice against more high school teams outside of Miyagi.
"Hey, Iwa, after you graduate, what are you going to do?"
The third year ace immediately snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the girl.
"I want to study sports science, I also want to meet Takashi Utsui, he's my biggest inspiration."
Himari smiled at him, a smile that said she knew something that he didn't. He looked at her confused.
"What?"
"Nothing, I think that's a great goal. I also want to study sports science, so I can be an athletic trainer for the national team."
Iwaizumi's smile widened, "Me too!"
"Well then, I guess we'll be partners in the future."
He nodded as they both approached the check out counter. They paid for their stuff and headed out.
"Well, I guess we'll see each other at the game."
"See you later."
They both split up and as soon as Himari was far enough, she pulled her phone out and made a call.
"Hi Ushijima, can I ask you for a favor?"

In the two weeks before the games started back up, the team had gone to Tokyo for the last time and then practiced nonstop when arriving back in Miyagi.
Everyone was improving, even Tsukishima was trying. Himari was happy that the tall blond decided to ask her uncle to teach him how to block since he was the best blocker she knew.(totally not a biased opinion).
Finally, it was time for the final rounds of games to see who would go to nationals.
It was time to see if Karasuno had truly evolved.
