The second set was still ongoing and Tsukishima was consistently getting one touches on the ball. Both teams were tied at 22 points thanks to Tsukishima's blocking and timing.

"This is so exciting!" Himari exclaimed when Asahi got them another point.

Daichi received Ushiwaka's serve which went over the net. Shirabu however was able to help get Shiratorizawa ahead by using a setter dump.

The Karasuno players scowled as Shiratorizawa beat them to set point. Fortunately, Tanaka was able to tie them up again and got them to a deuce.

As the game continued, Himari smiled at a stressed Ukai and Takeda. They gave her a confused look.

"What are you smiling about?"

"Don't you see it?"

They gave her a confused look, so she nodded towards the court, "Tsukishima is getting under Shirabu's skin and because of all the one touches he's getting, Shirabu is getting frustrated. He's going to try setting faster to beat the block and that's when he'll mess up."

Ukai and Takeda thought for a second before nodding.

"That makes sense."

Ukai ruffled her hair, "You're pretty smart, kid!"

"Unlike you." Himari said before catching his glare.

"I was totally kidding! Anyway, Tsukishima is Karasuno's iron wall, we have nothing to worry about."

Tanaka spiked the ball and got a point thanks to Hinata distracting the blockers by running across the court. Karasuno pulled ahead and Shiratorizawa called a timeout.

"You guys are doing really good!" Himari exclaimed. Kiyoko nodded and handed out the water bottles.

"Thanks!"

"Tsukishima, just keep being annoying. It's working." Himari said with a smile.

Tsukishima threw his towel at her face, causing her to cringe.

"Gross."

"Whoops, that was an accident."

"Liar."

Tsukishima just shrugged and handed her his water bottle before walking onto the court when the buzzer went off.

"It's only the second set and they are already tired." Kiyoko commented.

Himari nodded and nudged Ukai, "Hey, Kageyama can't play for all five sets. We need to sub in Suga later."

Ukai nodded and turned back to the game. Shiratorizawa subbed in a pinch server for their side and after a rally they gained a point, putting them at 27. They just needed one more point to take the set.

The next rally, Daichi accidentally sent it too short, but Kageyama and Hinata were able to do a fast attack.

"Our practice worked!" Himari exclaimed.

"Huh? What practice?" Ukai asked.

"Well, Hinata and Kageyama asked me to help them practice once. So I threw volleyballs at them to distract them and Kageyama would have to learn how to set up for a quick attack at any position."

"Nice job."

"I also just wanted to throw volleyballs at them."

"Of course you did." Ukai responded with a smile.

Up in the stands, Daisuke was impressed. He let out a low whistle.

That kid is good. I'm glad I chose him, he thought to himself.

The two teams went back and forth and Himari was getting stressed and annoyed.

"Tsukishima, block Ushiwaka." Himari said as he got ready to go back onto the court.

Tsukishima just poked her head and ran onto the court.

Once he was on the court, Hinata served the ball. Shirabu set the ball to Ushiwaka and Tsukishima got a touch on the spike. Hinata received the ball and Kageyama attempted to spike it, but it was received and sent back over to Karasuno. Kageyama set it to Hinata and they got Karasuno a point.

They just needed one more point.

Shirabu was getting frustrated and he looked over at Himari who gave him a mocking smile. He scowled at her and turned his head away.

"Ow! Kiyoko!" Himari exclaimed after the third year slapped the back of her head.

"Stop doing that."

Himari pouted and looked over at Shirabu again who looked like he was hiding his laugh. Himari gave him a thumbs down and turned her head away.

The two teams were once again tied after Ushiwaka got them a point, but Karasuno pulled ahead through a synchronized attack.

During the next few plays, Himari could see it clear as day and she could tell Tsukishima could see it too. Shirabu was moving frantically as he glanced at the tall middle blocker.

Himari grabbed Kiyoko's hand, her eyes focused completely on Shirabu. It was going to happen, she could feel it.

The ball went directly to Shirabu's hand, but when he went to set it, the ball slipped and the trajectory was off.

The smile on Himari's face was so wide that some were confused, especially when Shiratorizawa had the ball.

"Come on, Tsukishima." Himari muttered.

The ball went to Ushiwaka, and he looked unfazed at the botched set. He jumped to spike it through the gap that was left in between the blockers, but at the last second, Tsukishima moved and completely shut down Ushiwaka's spike, allowing Karasuno to take the second set.

Himari stood up and whistled loud, followed by the rest of Karasuno's cheer. At that moment, Tsukishima also screamed in victory.

Up in the stands, Daisuke stood, impressed. He had attended some of the U-19 practices and matches, so he knew how difficult it was to block Ushiwaka.

"Your brother is really good."

Akiteru froze, but then a smile broke out on his face, "He's really smart. I'm glad he's playing on Karasuno."

On the court, Tsukishima didn't understand why everyone was making such a big deal out of one block.

"Stop making a fuss. It was just one point. The real battle begins now."

After Tsukishima made that little speech, Himari walked up to him with a smile,

"I told you, you could do it."

"I was waiting." He responded, handing her his water bottle.

"I know. Also that speech was kind of cringey."

Tsukishima threw his towel at her face again, causing her to rip it off and scowl.

"That was an accident."

"Liar."

"Yeah, I am."

Himari laughed and pushed his head, "You're annoying."

"Thanks, I try."

Tsukishima hid his smile as he got up to go back on to the court.

Only three sets remained.
