Finally Leaving

Two weeks passed very slowly. In those two weeks, Himari visited all the others who were there and they all hung out in one of the rooms.

Kouske forced all of them to do their homework. Himari tried to get out of it, but since she was ambidextrous, the excuse of having a broken wrist didn't work.

Her grandparents also visited her, both sets smothered her with love and cooked a lot of food for her to eat, so she wouldn't have to eat the hospital food.

The morning that she was leaving, Himari gathered all her things and tried taking them to her dad's car, but Kuroo, her mom, her dad, and Kenma refused to let her help.

"Come on, I only have a broken wrist. I can help!"

Kenma smiled at her and stayed back with her. He patted her shoulder and handed her another cat plushie. Her eyes lit up and she took the plushie with a smile.

"I told you, I would win you more."

Himari smiled at him and they both began walking to the car. Once they got there, all of her stuff was already packed and ready to take home.

"Are you two ready to go?"

They nodded and got into the car. Himari was antsy and was squirming in her seat. Kuroo was busy texting someone frantically, and Kenma was playing a game on his phone.

It didn't take long for them to reach Kuroo's house, but it felt like hours to the antsy girl. They got out of the car and everyone helped get everything out of the car.

When Himari walked into the house, it was dark, which was weird since it was the middle of the day.

"Surprise!"

Himari flinched at the loud yells, but smiled when she saw everyone. The Nekoma, Fukurodani, and Karasuno teams were there. Oikawa, Iwaizumi, Ushijima, and Shirabu were also there.

"Welcome back, Mari!"

Himari laughed and immediately joined the group. Her parents smiled and watched as she interacted with each of her friends.

"Mari, you're looking better!" Daichi exclaimed.

Himari nodded with a smile, "Yup! Oh, Yachi, here."

Himari handed the blonde girl a thick folder. Everyone looked at it curiously as she opened it.

"What's all of that?"

"All my homework and class work for the time I missed and for next week too. Kouske forced all of us to finish our work. Can you give it to Takeda for me?"

They looked at her surprised to which she just shrugged,

"What? I am in class five after all. Oh, is that onigiri?"

Himari had quickly made her way to the dining table and snatched some food. She felt someone tap her shoulder and she turned around. Shirabu stood in front of her with furrowed brows as she looked like a chipmunk with her stuffed face.

"You worried me idiot. Not just me, the rest of my team too."

Himari looked down, "Sorry, I didn't mean to."
