A week had passed, Himari and Daiki were on their way to Hyogo. The other kids were also going to different schools to tell the participants that they had been invited to the camp.
"Daiki, wake up. We're here."
It was a grueling seven hour train ride to Hyogo. Grueling for Himari because Daiki kept trying to use her shoulder as a pillow.
"Oh, really? Let's go check into the hotel first."
The two got off the train and headed to the bus stop with their bags, which consisted of one duffel bag each. Once they got onto the bus, Daiki called his dad and told him that they had made it safely.
"So, we're here for Atsumu Miya, right?" Daiki asked, looking over Himari's shoulder.
"Yeah. He's a setter, and a really good one. Might give Kageyama a run for his money."
Daiki nodded and looked out the window. He grabbed Himari and pulled her out of the seat when he saw they made it to the stop.
"The hotel should be straight ahead."
When they got to the hotel, Himari and Daiki went to the front desk and waited to be checked in.
"We aren't sharing a room again, right?" Himari asked.
"No, my dad and your dad got us separate rooms after the incident last year."
"Oh, you mean how you kept jumping between both beds trying to do a flip and then landing on my ankle?"
Daiki pouted and looked away, "It was an accident. Also, our rooms are right next to each other."
The lady came back to the front and checked the two in. The two changed and grabbed everything they needed before leaving their rooms.
"What's in the bag?" Daiki asked, pointing at the drawstring bag.
"Snacks, because I know that you're going to be complaining."
Daiki's eyes lit up at that, "Your onigiris?"
Himari nodded, "Yeah, and those jelly fruit sticks you like."
Daiki ruffled her hair with a big smile on his face, "You're the best!"
"I know. Let's go, they probably already started their practice."
As the two made their way to the bus stop, Daiki called Inarizaki's coach and told him that they were on their way.
Himari looked through the information packet on the bus and Daiki read over her shoulder. Once they got to the stop closest to the school, they got off and walked the rest of the way to the school.
After five minutes of walking, the two finally made it to Inarizaki. Daiki took Himari's bag from her as they entered the gym. Everyone turned to the two and looked at them. The coach wasn't there, and it was getting awkward, so Himari decided to speak up,
"Uh, is Atsumu Miya here?"
In the corner, two girls narrowed their eyes as they heard Himari call for Atsumu. They looked at each other and nodded.
Back on the court, the boys internally groaned, thinking she was a fan. Himari and Daiki continued to awkwardly stand there, when suddenly Himari was drenched in water.
Everyone looked shocked, before most of the players bursted out in laughter and the girls looked at Himari with a smirk. Himari was ready to just walk out and tell her dad that Atsumu declined the invitation.
"Are you a fan of mine? Do you want to confess your love to me?"
Daiki looked at Himari with concern. He could see her shivering due to the cold weather and the fact that she was soaked. Himari took her glasses off and handed them to Daiki to clean. When she looked up she glared at the players and they immediately shut up.
