CHAPTER 60: HAPPY ENDING

KENJI YAEL POV

“Hey, what are you planning to do, huh? If my bride won’t show up at our wedding, I swear to kill each of you. I am not kidding here,” I asked my friends, obviously losing my patience.

They keep on communicating with Shanbri’s best friend and all I know is that they are planning something to give this wedding a plot twist.

However, I need to be more knowledgeable about their plan and they are not willing to inform me about it either.

“Relax ka lang diyan, dude. I am sure na darating si Shan pero syempre kailangan medyo dramatic ang entrance niya para mas maging memorable and kasal ninyo,” Josh said with a little grin formed in his mouth.

“Agree ako diyan, bro. Make sure na handa ang mga camera ninyo huh. This special moment needs a proper documentation,” segunda naman ni Vester.

“Hay naku, bilisan niyo na nga lang para makakain na tayo,” sabi naman ni Justin. Hindi ko alam kung bakit may kaibigan akong patay-gutom. Parang hindi kumakain eh.

“Kung ano-ano talagang kalokohan ang naiisip niyo. Sino na naman ba ang may pakana nito?” Paulo asked with an irritated face.

At least I have a friend who has the same mindset as me. I also don't like what they are doing. I feel like they are just gonna mess up my wedding.

“Huwag na kayong mag-alala. Nag-text na si Trish. Malapit na raw sila dito at ayon sa kanya ay mukhang galit na raw si Shan. HAHAHA!” My eyebrow immediately furrowed because of what he said.

“What would make her mad? What did you do again, huh? Don’t mess up with me, I am warning you, Falcon.” I warned him but he just shrugged his shoulders at me. He is such an *ssh*le.

After a few minutes, two women barged in our room and one of them went to me with a furiously mad face.

It seemed that I just committed a great sin that’s why she wanted to kill me right here, right now.

“Nasaan ang babae mo, Kenj? Paano mo nagawa sa akin to? Bakit mo ako nagawang lokohin?” Shanbri asked me with a mad voice while her hands were on her waist.

I glared at my friends and they just all pretended to be blind and deaf as if they are not the ones who planned this shit.

“I don’t know what you are talking about, babe. I think you need to calm down and get prepared for our wedding instead.” Her eyebrow raised at parang mas lalo lang siyang nainis sa akin.

“Bakit naman kita pakakasalan?” Nakapamewang na tanong niya sa akin. It was as if she did not say yes when I proposed to her.

“HAHAHA! Ako na ang bahala sa best friend ko. Parang nababaliw na naman ata eh.” Her best friend just dragged my bride into her dressing room.

I sighed, that is better because the wedding ceremony is about to begin in an hour.

AN HOUR PASSED…

Finally, my dream has come to reality. It may not be the first time for me to get married like this.

However, this time this wedding is true and I am gonna get married to the woman I loved from the beginning.

I know that this day is very special for Shanbri that is why I made sure that she will have the best wedding that she deserves and dreamt of.

It was surreal, I just smiled widely when I saw my twin children walking down the aisle as our ring bearer and flower girl.

My kids are really cute and as they are growing up they are looking exactly like their dad. I am very proud to be their dad.

The time has come and it is the bride’s entrance. My heart skipped a beat and it was like my whole world stopped when I saw the woman I love walking down the aisle with her dad.
