When they entered the house, Leo was pacing while Bryan and Grace were sitting on the couch. Kelz says "Take a seat and wait." They all sat while the rest of the family entered.

When they were all seated Kelz said, "I got a call from Faith which led us to Stoirm and Thunder's and then the hospital. Did you give the list of names to Ivan?"

Leo says "Yes then I rang Pa. What did you need them for? What's happened?"

Kelz says "Do you know this man?" Then she put a photo of Kyle on the screen.

Leo says "No, who is he?"

Carson says "We ain't seen him before."

Kelz says "His name is Kyle Whyte, he acquired a baby boy that I am still investigating. Faith rang me crying when she saw a photo of the boy. Stoirm told us she got a distress call from one of her dancers, then told us the hospital rang her because the dancer Darleen had her down as emergency contact. Darleen has been in a relationship with her abusive boyfriend Kyle for 4 years, but this is the first time he's beaten her up and put her in the hospital. When stoirm saw a photo of the boy she rang Faith to see if she had room for him, when Faith saw the photo she cried and rang me. I had Ivan come to the hospital for DNA, Darleen and Kyle are not this boy's parents. This boy is called Shawn and he is 8 years old, Kyle kept him in a clothes cupboard and let him out once a day for food and a toilet. One day Darleen heard the sound of someone crying and followed where she found Shawn, she sneakily fed the boy and made sure he bathed every day, she also told him stories about her boss's friends that live on a ranch, saying the stories were to remind them of happy things. One day Kyle came home early and saw Darleen and Shawn on the couch, he beat her up and Shawn ran to his cupboard hoping not to be punished."

Caz says "Fly, Tane and I went and spoke to Darleen who confirmed the things Shawn told Kelz, She doesn't know when Shawn came to be in Kyle's care. She had been with Kyle for about 8 months when she heard cries and followed the sound. She confronted Kyle and asked him questions regarding Shawn but he kept avoiding the answers, at the hospital neither of them could fill out Shawn's forms for his broken arm which he got trying to defend Darleen."

Marj says "Sam, Mitch and I spoke to Kyle who refused to talk until we used torture. He thinks he killed Shawn's biological mother not knowing she had a baby until he heard him crying, so he kept the baby, he couldn't apply for a benefit or anything because he didn't have any of the baby's paperwork. He didn't even realise anything until the next day when the baby woke up crying, he picked the baby up, went to the nearest shops to buy supplies then went back home as he fed and changed the baby, he tried to remember what happened and couldn't remember anything, but he started having dreams of what happened, so he hid the baby not knowing what else to do. He remembered being picked up by his mate Rodney Cruz and drinking while they picked up other friends, then things got hazy as though he was drugged, so he stopped drinking but they ended up forcing him to drink. About a week later he tried to ring Rodney but his number had been disconnected, he went to the house and found it empty. He wanted to hand the baby in, but he didn't want to get in trouble if that lady was dead as he would get done for murder, so he hid the baby and tried to carry on as though nothing happened."

Kelz says "I have crews out getting evidence, Ivan is busy with DNA matching. Shawn is the reason why we were called and when I show you his photo you are going to be as shocked as us."

Someone knocked on the door and Caz was coming down the stairs saying "I got it." Then she opened the door saying "Thank you darlings."

Kelz says "Godspeed and thank you. Look at the screen." A photo of a young Leo is what they all saw.

Bryan says "Where was that taken? I have no memory of that place."

Carson says "We've lived in the city our whole lives and at that age, we never went to the slums."
