Hoseok POV

As I wrapped my arms around Y/N, I felt a sense of peace. This was where I belonged. "Feels like home," I whispered.

Y/N smiled, her eyes sparkling. "I know exactly what you mean," she replied. We savored the warmth of the moment, enjoying each other's company.

Taehyung's coffee was surprisingly good. We sipped it, relishing the warmth and laughter. Jin's words echoed in my mind: "This feels like family." It did. We were more than friends. We were a makeshift family.

As we finished our coffee, Y/N yawned. "Tired?" I asked. "A little," she replied. "Time for bed," Taehyung announced. We laughed. "Thanks, Tae," Y/N said.

In the bedroom, Taehyung settled in beside me. Y/N snuggled into my side. "Goodnight, Hoseok," she whispered. "Goodnight, Y/N," I replied. Taehyung smiled softly before closing his eyes.

Y/N's hand drifted to my chest. "I like you," she whispered. My heart skipped a beat. "I like you too," I replied. In that moment, everything felt perfect.

Y/N's gentle breathing lulled me to sleep. I held her close, feeling grateful for this newfound love.

I woke up to Y/N's gentle touch, trying to rouse me. "Time for school," she whispered. I sat up, rubbing my eyes, holding Y/N close. Y/N placed a small peck on my lips. I smiled, eyes still closed.

"Are you coming to school?" I asked in raspy my voice. "No," Y/N replied. "Jin won't let me go. My injuries are still not healed, and my bodyguard is coming home today." My eyes snapped open. "A bodyguard?" I asked, confused.

Y/N explained, "Jin, Taehyung, and Joon Oppa decided to hire one. The bullying's getting worse, and you guys can't always be there to protect me." I pouted. "But without you, school feels so boring." Y/N chuckled and kissed my pouty lips.

My face lit up with a smile. "You can't skip school," Y/N said firmly. "How about you come over after school? I'll introduce you to my new bodyguard." I nodded in agreement.

Y/N showed me to the bathroom. "Take a shower, I'll get your clothes ready." I thanked her and stepped into the warm water.

Just as I got out, I heard Taehyung's muffled voice. I walked out to find Y/N headlocking Taehyung. He was groaning, trying to escape her grip. "YAHH, YOU BITCH, LEAVE ME!" he screamed.

Y/N laughed. "You're going to be late, Tae!" Taehyung struggled, his face red. I chuckled. "Looks like someone's getting punished." Y/N grinned. "He overslept."

Taehyung glared at me. "This isn't funny, Hoseok!" Y/N tightened her grip. "Apologize, Tae." Taehyung grumbled, "Sorry, sorry..." Y/N released him, and he stumbled back, gasping.

We laughed.

Taehyung shot Y/N a mock-glare. "You're going to pay for this." Y/N smiled sweetly. "I'm shaking in fear."

The school day dragged without Y/N. At lunch, Taehyung and I sat together, our usual banter replaced by a serious conversation. "Hey, Hoseok," Taehyung said, his voice low. "Jiyeon is your secret girlfriend. And only I know about it." My heart skipped a beat.

"But that doesn't mean you can do two-timing," Taehyung continued. "Y/N will get hurt if she finds out about this. And I know last time, it wasn't your fault, but this act will actually become the reason for Y/N to get hurt. And I can't see that." Guilt washed over me.

Taehyung's words struck a chord. I knew what I was doing was wrong. I was hurting Y/N by not telling her about Jiyeon. But I couldn't tell Jiyeon either. That would make things worse. But I had to do something.
