Hoseok POV
We finished our lunch, the tension between us palpable. Y/n pushed her chair back, preparing to leave.
"Y/n, wait," I called out.
She turned, her eyes sparkling.
"At what time should I come to your place?" I asked.
A sly smile spread across her face.
"7 PM sharp," she whispered, stepping closer.
Her face inches from mine, I felt my pulse quicken.
"What are you doing?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
"Shhh, let me handle this," she replied, her breath caressing my skin.
Her arms wrapped loosely around my neck, putting her full weight on me.
Our faces were inches apart, electricity coursing through every cell.
"Wear something comfy," she whispered.
"And black."
Her gaze locked onto mine.
"To match my outfit," she clarified.
My heart skipped a beat.
She slipped her hand into my pant pocket.
"What are you—"
"It's my address," she whispered, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
I felt a rush of excitement.
Y/n's grip on my neck tightened.
She pulled me closer.
Her lips brushed against my cheek.
A soft kiss.
"Bye, Mr. Jeong," she said.
With that, she released me.
And walked away.
Leaving me breathless.
And yearning for more.
______________
I walked into my office, still reeling from Y/n's invitation.
Jimin looked up from his paperwork.
"Hoseok, what's got you flustered?" he asked.
I took a deep breath.
"Y/n invited us to dinner tonight," I said.
Jimin's eyes widened.
"Us?" he repeated.
I nodded.
"Yes, and she wants us to be there at 7 PM sharp."
Jimin's grin spread.
"Looks like someone's back in the game, Hoseok," he teased.
"You must've really impressed her with your stammering skills."
I rolled my eyes.
"Shut up, Jimin."
But Jimin wouldn't let up.
"I bet you almost called her 'Mrs. Jeong' in the meeting, didn't you?" he asked.
My face flushed.
"How did you know?"
Jimin chuckled.
