Y/n POV

As we arrived at the company, we got back to our work. Jungkook stayed by my side, his eyes scanning the area as he stood guard. I settled in at my desk to tackle the day's tasks, feeling a sense of security with Jungkook nearby.

Just as I was getting started, Yoongi came into my office, a stack of files in his hand. "Ma'am, I've brought the documents you requested," he said, setting the files down on my desk.

I nodded, scanning the files quickly. "Thank you, Yoongi. Can you walk me through where I need to sign?"

Yoongi nodded, pointing out the relevant sections of the documents. I signed where indicated, and then looked up at Yoongi.

"Yoongi, I need you to gather some information about our current financial situation. I want to know exactly how much we're operating at a loss, and what our projections are for the next quarter."

Yoongi nodded, his eyes serious. "Yes, ma'am. I'll get right on that and report back to you immediately."

I nodded, my mind already racing with possible solutions to the company's financial woes. "I also want you to start looking into ways we can cut costs and increase revenue. We need to turn this company around, and fast."

Yoongi nodded, his expression determined. "Yes, ma'am. I'll get started right away."

Jungkook, who had been quietly observing from beside me, spoke up. "I'll escort Yoongi to the financial department, ma'am."

I nodded, grateful for Jungkook's diligence. "Thank you, Jungkook."

As I sat at my desk, reviewing reports and making notes, Jin walked into my office, a look of concern on his face. "Hey, Princess, how's it going?" he asked, walking over to my desk.

I smiled, feeling a sense of relief at the distraction. "It's going okay, thanks for asking," I replied. "Just trying to wrap my head around the company's financial situation."

Jin nodded sympathetically. "I know it's tough, but I have faith in you. You'll figure it out."

I smiled, feeling a sense of gratitude for Jin's support. "Thanks, Jin. That means a lot to me."

Just then, Yoongi knocked on the door and walked in, Jungkook following closely behind him. "Ma'am, I've got the financial reports you requested," Yoongi said, handing me a thick folder.

I nodded, taking the folder from him. "Thank you, Yoongi. I'll review these right away."

Jin glanced at his watch. "I should get going. I have a meeting to get to."

I nodded, smiling. "Okay, thanks for checking in on me."

Jin smiled back, leaned in, and gently kissed my forehead. "Take care, Princess," he whispered, before turning and walking out of my office.

I watched him go, feeling a warmth in my heart. Jungkook, who had been standing guard beside me, cleared his throat, reminding me of his presence. I smiled, feeling a sense of security with him by my side, and turned my attention back to the financial reports.

____________

I spent the next few hours reviewing the financial reports, making notes and highlighting key areas that needed attention. As I delved deeper into the numbers, my mind began to spin with ideas for how to turn the company around.

Just as I was finishing up my review, Yoongi knocked on the door and walked in. "Ma'am, I've compiled the information you requested on the company's financial state, as well as some recommendations for cutting costs and increasing revenue," he said, handing me a thick folder.

I nodded, taking the folder from him. "Thank you, Yoongi. I'll review this right away."

Yoongi nodded and turned to leave, but I stopped him. "Yoongi, good work on getting all of this together so quickly. I appreciate your hard work."

Yoongi smiled, looking pleased. "Thank you, ma'am. I'm just trying to do my part to help the company."

As Yoongi left, I turned my attention to the folder he had given me, eager to review the recommendations he had made for turning the company around. I spent the next hour pouring over the reports, analyzing the numbers and considering the options.

As I read, I began to feel a sense of determination. I was going to turn this company around, no matter what it took. I was going to make the tough decisions, and I was going to lead my team to success.

With renewed energy and focus, I closed the folder and leaned back in my chair. I was ready to take on the challenge ahead, and I was confident that I would come out on top.

_____________

As the clock on my desk ticked closer to 6 PM, I began to feel a sense of relief that the day was finally coming to a close. Just as I was starting to pack up my things, Jin and Jisoo walked into my office, looking frazzled.

"Ugh, that investor meeting was a nightmare," Jin said, flopping down into one of the chairs in front of my desk.

"I know, right?" Jisoo agreed. "I thought I was going to lose my mind trying to answer all their questions."

Jin let out a deep sigh. "I wish Joon was here to handle all this. I'm getting too old for this kind of stress."

Jungkook, who had been standing quietly in the corner of the room, suddenly spoke up. "Old, Jin?" he teased, a mischievous glint in his eye. "You're not old, you're just... seasoned."

Jin shot Jungkook a withering look. "Shut up, Kook. You're not helping."

Yoongi, who had been standing beside Jungkook, chuckled quietly to himself.

Jin turned to me, his expression serious. "You know, we've all had a long day. Why don't we call it quits and head home?"

I nodded in agreement, feeling a sense of relief at the prospect of leaving the office behind. "That sounds like a great idea. Let me just gather my things."

As I packed up my belongings and turned off my computer, Jungkook fell into step behind us, his eyes scanning the surrounding area as we walked towards the car. Yoongi walked beside him, the two of them chatting quietly.

Once we were all safely inside the car, Jin started the engine and we pulled out of the parking lot, heading towards our dorm. As we drove, the tension of the day began to melt away, replaced by a sense of camaraderie and relaxation.

Jin glanced over at me, a concerned expression on his face. "You okay, Princess? You've had a long day."

I smiled, feeling grateful for his concern. "I'm fine, thanks for asking. Just ready to go home and relax."

Jin nodded, smiling back at me. "Me too. Me too."

As we continued driving, the conversation turned to our plans for the evening. Jisoo mentioned that she was thinking of ordering some takeout, and Jungkook chimed in with his enthusiastic approval.

"I'm starving!" he exclaimed. "Let's get some pizza!"

Jin chuckled and shook his head. "You're always hungry, Kook."

I laughed and playfully rolled my eyes. "Well, someone has to keep the pizza delivery places in business."

Jungkook grinned, looking pleased with himself. "Hey, someone's got to do it."

As we pulled up to the dorm, Jin turned off the engine and we all climbed out of the car. Jungkook and Yoongi fell into step behind us, still chatting and laughing.

We walked into the dorm, Jisoo suggested that we all gather in the living room to relax and unwind. I agreed, and we all headed to the living room, where we spent the rest of the evening chatting, laughing, and enjoying each other's company.

It was a much-needed break from the stresses of the day, and I felt grateful to have such wonderful friends to share it with. As the evening drew to a close, I smiled, feeling happy and content. It had been a long day, but it had ended on a high note.
