Hoseok POV
I searched desperately for Y/n amidst the crowd. My eyes scanned every face, but hers was nowhere to be found. Just as I was starting to worry, someone tapped my back.
I turned, expecting Y/n's bright smile. But instead, Jiyeon's sly grin greeted me. "I need to talk to you," she whispered, her voice low and mysterious.
"In private," she added, her eyes glinting with a knowing spark. I felt a surge of unease, but Jiyeon's grip on my hand tightened before I could react.
"Let's go," she insisted, pulling me along. I tried to shake her off, but she held firm. We ended up in an empty hallway, far from prying eyes.
Jiyeon's eyes sparkled mischievously. She wrapped her arms around me and kissed me. I was shocked, my mind reeling in disbelief. I pushed her away, but she held tight.
Before I could react, Jungkook stormed in. Jiyeon's eyes widened in alarm. Fury etched on Jungkook's face, his eyes blazing with anger.
But my gaze locked onto Y/n, standing behind Jungkook. Her eyes brimming with tears, her face twisted in pain. My heart sank.
I tried to explain, but Y/n's yell cut me off. "HOW COULD YOU, HOSEOK?" she screamed, her voice echoing through the hallway.
She turned and ran. I chased after her, calling her name. Texting her. But silence. No response.
My phone remained silent. Y/n's absence haunted me. Regret consumed me. What had I done? Why did I let Jiyeon manipulate me?
Now, Y/n was gone. Lost to me forever. The thought echoed in my mind, a constant reminder of my betrayal.
I stood frozen, watching Y/n disappear into the crowd. Jungkook's anger still lingered, his eyes blazing with fury. Jiyeon trembled beside me, tears streaming down her face.
But I felt nothing for her. Only regret and guilt consumed me. Jungkook's words cut deep. "You've lost her, Hoseok." "Forever." His voice echoed in my mind as I tried to process what had just happened.
Y/n's tears, her pain, her anger - all because of me. I took a step forward to chase after Y/n, but Jungkook blocked my path. "Don't," he warned. "Leave her alone."
I nodded, defeated. Crushed by my own mistakes. Jiyeon's grip on my arm tightened, but I shook her off. "Leave me alone," I spat.
Jiyeon's eyes widened, but she backed away, leaving me alone with my guilt and regret. I pulled out my phone and dialed Y/n's number.
Please answer. Please forgive me. But it went straight to voicemail. My heart sank. Y/n was gone, and I was left with the shattered remains of our relationship.
I tried calling again, but it was the same result. Voicemail. Silence. I sent texts, pleading for forgiveness, but there was no response.
The silence was deafening. I was left alone, haunted by the memory of Y/n's tears and Jungkook's anger. My mind reeled with thoughts of what could have been if only I had resisted Jiyeon's manipulation.
Regret consumed me, eating away at my soul. I had lost Y/n, the one person who truly mattered. And now, she was gone.
I stood outside, scanning the crowded streets, but Y/n was nowhere to be found. Panic set in. Where did she go? Did she take a taxi? Was she with Taehyung? My mind raced with questions.
I pulled out my phone and dialed her number again. Voicemail. I sent texts, pleading for her to respond. Silence. Desperation consumed me. I had to find her.
