Hoseok POV

Exams loomed ahead, casting a shadow over our final days of school. Y/n and I studied tirelessly, side by side. Taehyung's anxiety grew, his frustration with Mrs. Cha's study guides evident. Jungkook remained calm, his focus unwavering.

I admired their determination, but my own fears lingered. Fears of failing. Fears of not meeting expectations. Y/n's hand found mine, offering comfort. "We're in this together," she whispered.

The exam hall buzzed with tension. I took a deep breath and began. One question at a time. The hours ticked by, my pen scratching against the paper. Answers flowed, and confidence grew.

As I walked out of the exam room, relief washed over me. Y/n smiled, her eyes shining with pride. "You did great," she said, squeezing my hand.

Taehyung exhaled loudly. "One down, many to go." Jungkook smiled, his eyes crinkling. "We did it." The weight of exams slowly lifted.

But graduation day drew near, and with it, my secrets.

Would Y/n stay?

Or would my truth tear us apart?

The uncertainty lingered.

The days blurred together – exams, study sessions, late-night conversations. And the looming question: what next? Graduation day. The future. Our future. Together? Or apart? Only time would tell.

As we walked out of school, Jungkook turned to us. "Let's celebrate tonight. We've earned it." Taehyung grinned. "Food, movies, and no studying." Y/n laughed, her eyes sparkling.

I smiled, feeling a sense of belonging. But amidst the joy, my secrets whispered in the shadows, waiting to be revealed.

We gathered at Jungkook's place, laughter and chatter filling the room. As we devoured pizza slices, Taehyung launched into a detailed analysis of the exam questions. "Guys, I'm telling you, this one question was impossible!" he exclaimed, waving his question paper in the air.

Y/n chuckled, studying the paper. "Actually, Tae, it's not that hard. You just need to apply the formula differently." Taehyung's eyes widened. "Really? Show me!" Y/n took the paper and began explaining, her patience and clarity impressing me.

I smiled, listening to their conversation. Jungkook leaned back, a calm smile on his face. As the evening wore on, our conversations flowed easily. We shared stories and laughter. Taehyung chuckled. "And I swear, Mrs. Cha's study guides are useless!" Jungkook shook his head, laughing.

As the night drew to a close, Y/n leaned against me. "Thanks for tonight," she whispered. "Anytime," I replied. Our lips brushed, a soft kiss. The others chatted on, oblivious to our moment.

As we parted ways, reality intruded. Graduation day loomed. My secrets waited.

Would Y/n stay?

Or would my truth tear us apart?

I walked Y/n home, the night air crisp. "Promise me one thing," I said. "What?" she asked. "Be patient with me, okay?" Y/n's eyes searched mine. "I'll always be patient with you, Hoseok." My heart swelled.

Would it be enough?

I looked at Y/n, her smile illuminating the night. For now, I had her by my side. And that was all that mattered.
