The ship wasn't that large " We are first getting the supplies and then the two of you can go to the casino." sighed Salim and you sweatdroped when you saw Rebin wagging his imaginery tail " I knew you would come around." he said smooching the younger man's cheek " Speaking about the casino what are you going to bet? I can give you an allowance but I'm taking 70% of your wins." proposed the older man and you sweatdroped remembering a certain someone " No need, I have my own." you said taking out a puffy wallet " Hard earned money I assume?" he teased and you chuckled " You know it. And I'm about to earn a lot more." you said and both of you laughed causing Salim to take cautious steps back.

" A winter island?" you mumbled ( pin.it/1DQg4jMQK ) and shivered " You don't like them?" asked Salim and you shook your head " No it's not that. I think their pretty fun. Luffy and Usopp always have a bunch of contests in the snow and even if you try to stay to the side Luffy will find a way to get you involved. Except for Nami, he never bothers her when she doesn't want to." you smiled " You really love your crew huh?" he asked and your face flushed pink " They sure are something." you mumbled.

Setting foot on the snowy land you looked around, it was busy as ever, and you could see the casino up ahead, fancy lights flashing around, a few new buildings getting contracted around " Ah, evolution. Let's go, the faster we get done with the list the faster we get to make sweet sweet money." sighed Rebin " Are you three really married to him?" you sighed and Salim chuckled " He can be quiet the charmer." he said and waved at the man who was showing him something " I...don't see it." you mumbled shaking your head.

The casino was full of fancy dressed people and then there were the three of you " We're looking like country pumkings." you whispered to Rebin " Country bumpkins that will empty every ones pockets in here. Meet you here when you're done." he said " In 3 hours!" called out Salim but was completely ignored " Please keep an eye on him." he pleaded " Aren't you going to join us?" you asked him and he shook his head " I prefer more quiet environments so I will be waiting for you in the ship." he said and you nodded.

You looked around ' Now, who is the dumbest one in here?" you thought and felt a tap on your shoulder " Young lady is this your first time in a casino?" asked an older man ' Jaaaackpoooottt~' you thought and batted your eyes " Yes, this is the first time I come in here." you answered and you wanted to throw up with how sweet your voice came out " Then how about you come to our table? We can help you get adjusted." he said and you followed his gaze to a table full of sleazy guys " Really? That's so sweet of you." you beamed.

Beaming, you were shinning, smiling ear to ear " It was so fun playing with you gentlemen. Don't worry, you can keep your clothes.Ah expect the watch. I like it." you said taking the golden watch and putting it on, leaving behind you a group of crying snotting men who were trying to get dress. With a sigh you moved to another table " Would you like a drink?" came the smoothing voice of the sever and you nodded " Any preferences?" she asked as you removed your coat " Your company would be quiet refreshing." you said and the woman chuckled.

Glances were directed to you and Rebin, both of you being surrounded by a group of women " This is it for me ladies and gentlemen. I will be bidding you farewell." you said and your group whined " Fine, fine just one more game." you said and blinked when someone pushed your money back " The boss would like to see you." said one of the bouncers and you went to look for Rebin who had bailed on you " Of course." you smiled putting the money in your bag and following the man.

The decor seemed familiar, a small room with four sofas and a large coffee table, three doors that you assumed led to other rooms ' This seems like an apartment. Now who would want to meet me in such a private environment....I don't have a weapon with me but, I shouldn't need it.' you thought and flinched when one of the doors opened " Ah, you're already here." said a familiar gruff voice, your jaw almost dropped to the ground " CROCODILE!" you yelled and the man shushed you putting a finger on his lips. 

Freshly out of the bathroom and wrapped in a fancy bathrobe he sat in one of the sofas, hair still dripping " It will be trouble if word get out I'm running this place." he said putting a cigar in his mouth and lightning it. You stared at each other " You need better clothes. Who the hell put you in those rags?" he asked scoffing " Well it's nice to see you to." you mumbled feeling a bit awkward and offended " So what are you up to? You weren't with the StrawHat." he said and motioned for you to sit down. He offered you a cigarette and you took it " For fucks sake, why are you so stiff?" he grumbled " Well last time we were together we were in the middle of a war." you said letting him light your cigarette.

He looked at you and then at your scarred neck, you pulled your shirt up " It isn't as bad as the others." you said looking the other way " It doesn't bother me, the scar that is...." he mumbled. You yelped when he grabbed you with his hook and pulled you against him. His grip tighten around you " Crocodile?" you mumbled and he grumbled " Do you know, the frustration I felt, not knowing if you were dead or alive, how you were fairing." he said and you slightly pushed him away " I'm alive and I'm planning to stay that way." you said cheeks flushed " Hard to believe." he mused smirking a bit.
