When I got into the Amazing Digital Circus, I go with the idea that it place with the 90s inspired by MatPat's Film Theory due to the character and show being extremely 90s like.
However I change the idea due to the released of the episode "Untitle" as Jax had many a reference to Breaking Bad, I heard about the show but I never seen it, only know about it because of the meth scene and it have Bryan Cranston who i remember as Joe Brody in Godzilla 2014 but didn't know who played Vitaly from Madagascar, Li from Kung Fu Panda, and Mr. Jameson in Lilo & Stitch: The Series (to be honest, I have the DVD of the 2014 movie as I didn't watch it that much until Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla: King of the Monsters got me into the MonsterVerse as it got me back into Toho)
Original I thought the cast are over 30 year older as they stop aging as video game character but Breaking Bad was on air from 2008 to 2013 which means the cast are now 10 to 15 years older and got got as that much. Due to me not watch any episode, I don't know which one Jax reference for his fake backstory.
