Here are the many canon and confirm creatures and kids of Poppy Playtime in the game.
In my Sonic Expanded Universe, events of Poppy Playtime happen similar to the games with elements of lore from Game Theory.
In my version, Poppy, Giblet, and Chum escaped Playtime Co and sealed the Prototype and other in there, sadly the Player died when he got impaled the Prototype.
Years later in 2023, almost 20 years after escaping from Playtime Co, The Prototype and the backup Harley Sawyer met a mysterious crystalline dark creature who gave them a shard of the Paradox Prism and special chips called GloboTech's X1000 microprocessors. The Prototype and Harley Sawyer experiment with the Poppy Gellar which cause the Bigger Toys to be revived fully while the smaller dead toys act as feral zombied.
Those who were revived were Boxy Boo, Pianosaurus, Yarnaby, Huggy Wuggy, Kissy Missy, PJ Pug-a-Piller, Bunzo Bunny, CatNap, Mommy Long Legs, Doey The Doughman, Lily Lovebraid, DogDay, and Miss Delight. But at the end, all were killed by Cinos which includes the Doctor and Prototype, except for Huggy, Kissy, Doey and Lily (she switch side due to Glamrock Freddy Freddy's kindness and fall for him) who were deeply spared. Doey got adopted by Brina and Ford Travis as they felt sorry for him and what Playtime Co have done.
However later in the New God Games, Satan a.k.a, El Diablo closed Harley Sawyer to fight his archnemesis who is on the side with Cinos, Adam. The arena take place in Playtime Co, however things got complicated as Satan show Lily her memories as Ms. Gracie, as she now horrible things she did and deeply regretted it. Sawyer dragged Lily into the arena as he unleashed Boxy Boo, Pianosaurus, Yarnaby, PJ Pug-a-Piller, Bunzo Bunny, CatNap, Mommy Long Legs, DogDay, and the prototype while remind Huggy and rip Kevin's soul from Doey's body to take the form of his aggressive state to fight Adam and kill Lily which didn't happened. When DogDay was about to die, Lily try to comfort him and apologize to him for she have done, his soul was take by Satan and eaten meanwhile Adam never hurt these toys as they were children as he convince Mommy and help him but at the cost of her life as the Prototype killed her. Adam, enrage use all his strength as he killed both the Prototype then later Harley Sawyer which caused Mephistopheles, Satan's father to give Mommy Long Leg back her body and all the toys were spared.
After this events, Adam and Eve (RoR) adopted Poppy, Huggy, Kissy, Chum, Giblet, Mommy who now want to be called Marie, and even Lily. Meanwhile honoring DogDay, Lily become an adopted mother to Boxy Boo, Pianosaurus, Yarnaby, PJ Pug-a-Piller, Bunzo Bunny, and CatNap. It will help her change her way and honoring Elliot Ludwig dream of adoption, as Ms. Gracie is dead and gone, Lily Lovebraid is her name and keep it as form of redemption and give these kids real happiness and love.
