The Paradox Prism as an item that appeared and is the main focus on Sonic Prime which it only appeared. Eggman discover it but Sonic destroy it and shattered which world to be created with variants of Amy, Rouge, Knuckles, Tails, and Big. At the end the series, Shadow have taken the Crystal and hide it

The Paradox Prism return in my Cinos Saga as the main focus. In the Cinos Adventure, Eggman rediscover it (take to the help of Mephiles in the shadows) and gently cut off part of it to experiment the shard. This shard caused Cinos and the cast to travel to other universes which is actually Eggman does use it that often. It been used to travel to the TMNT 2012 universe, the Sonic Boom universe, the TF Aligned universe, the Ninjago universe, the Legend of Chima universe, the Mixel universe, the Kungfu Panda universe, and the Monster Inc universe. Eggman had made contact with his counterparts, the Chaos Council who persuade him to help them as his destiny is to used the Prism which they know how to used it. Cinos eventually break the Paradox Prism similar to Sonic but it was absorb by Cinos as scattered around various different universes.

In my Cinos Isekei, the Paradox Prism was absorb within Cinos due to his unique biological and scattered in the multiverse which cause the Sonic Universe to be the epicenter. The shards that were in Cinos cause him to split into many variants of himself that landed on new universes he never been except for when those who landed in the Transformers universe, the TMNT universe, the Ninjago universe, and the Kung Fu Panda. Once a varient of Cinos enter that universe, he cause a huge butterfly affect as he unintentionally change it timeline, altering that universe. This would cause some characters to change, mostly their backstory and incorporated new characters appeared to appeared, characters from other similar series [Example are TMNT, Next Avengers, the DC New 52 Animated Movies, Transformers, Tekken Bloodline, Mega Man Maverick Hunter X, She-Ra/ He-Man]. The major universes are the Pacific Rim universe (which is a fusion of Godzilla, Kong, Gamera, MonsterVerse, etc), the Dragon Ball universe, the Demon Slayer universe, the Attack on Titan universe, and the Totem's Realm universe. Most of these universe which Cinos have a new love interest (this is due to him and Sticks no longer together) as he impregnated them in his more-humanish like form. At the end, Cinos was pulled out of that universe along with some who are close to him but unknown to him, he left small shards of the Prism.

In the Cinos Aftermath, the Paradox Prism play a more major role as tiny shards spread with around the Earth and many remain in those universes. These shards were found by multiple villains which they used to power them up and gain new powerful, monstrous forms which I did to make them as powerful as Cinos as he was weaken when he returns to his home universe. The Chaos Council extracted the Prism energy within him and drain him dry as it reform into its crystalline form. The Paradox Prism was used to stop the The Super Genesis Wave created by the Rogue Celestialsapien Vortech who wishes to restarted this universe and fix other universe due to Cinos interference. The Paradox Prism within the Super Genesis Wave caused the Convergence as many universes are now combined into a singular universe. With this, the Paradox Prism was gone forever and no one used it every again.
