MY CALL CENTER LIFE

         Yes,I will keep on reminiscing my past. Why? We all know that past does not determine our future but those will be the proof how we worked hard to be the best. I think I can consider now my life as a better one. I was without direction as I have told you but God molded me into someone who knows how to prioritize what should be the first,second and everything.  Now,unlike before,considering myself as a relationship wrecker. People thought I have everything except wealth but they do not know how I had suffered because of my life. It started with the long rivalry I had with my twinsister. I think it was a healthy competition but it made me have a long agony or mental suffering. Positively,we are both mothers and blessed to have each other. We are currently working in the same company,trying to pursue our other works and commitments aside from being call center agents. I remember failing in my 1st ever company. I could not pronounce the word "teeth" and always stuttering and this company was Sitel. I failed to have my second interview after attending the academy. I just laughed at it everytime I remembered about those. Basically,this company I have is the most comfortable account and company that I have. Thank You God. I had two short call center jobs way back when I  was pregnant. Considering that my condition is so sensitive,I need to give birth and recover first. I am talking about ATT Uverse Account of Convergys kung saan nakakuha ako ng scorecard na 4.19 at ang perfect ay 5. Natuwa ako dahil nahabol ko tong scorecard na to sa ilang weeks lang na phone time namin. Matuto ka lang na makinig sa leaders mo on how you can handle your call better. One day, naramdaman ko na ang postpartum depression na samahan mo pa ng constipation. Dito ko naramdaman na parang mawawala na ko sa mundo. Gumuho ang mga pangarap ko. Gumuho ang pag-asa ko pero hindi ko maimagine umalis sa Call Center Industry.
