That was so hard to have a shifting schedule. I salute you Call Center Agent. May experience ako pero almost a year lang. I was an adviser of Grade One thats why I know how to be a real teacher na. I salute teachers as well. It is true that teaching is the nobliest profession. On the other hand, still,I would like to commend all Call Center Agents like me. Minsan no matter how tenure you are,you really need someone else to resolve that concern. There will come a time that there will be some weird concerns na simple lang pala ang resolution. Minsan, your caller just needs someone to talk to. Shifting schedule is already a challenge. You have to be ready at all times. You need money, you need a good job,you need to sacrifice and work hard at your best. You need to take care of your health kasi sa shifting schedule natin, mas malapit tayo sa sakit.
