LESSONS THAT I HAVE LEARNED

        It is really true that we should learn everytime we fail. Not just in our work but with all the aspects of our lives. Life will be meaningless if we do not learn. Here in this job,I learn many values that I still need to develop. Perseverance and good attitude. When you persevere to learn an account or the techniques for you to excel there,you should always be hungry to learn at huwag kang mapagod matuto dahil sa updates ng account na hinahawakan mo. Hungry to be familiarize with the techniques that should be done. For you to survive is you have to be brave and report to work everyday. May mga bagay na unexpected na nangyayari. You should also be attentive with your scores and make it sure you are always listening with the coaching. It is really not easy on our job. it is really not an easy to work here in BPO companies because it has shifting  schedule. Kelangan mong imanage ung time mo para di mo mapabayaan ang family mo pati na ang ibang activities mo. I have been working for years and it is like a suffering for me. It is like against my positive outlook in life. Since I was young, I really pushed to be a teacher and a writer. I am totally blessed cause I am also a singer and a musician. I am so assertive and friendly that I did not care if who you are and what danger you might cause me dahil nga gusto kitang maging kaibigan. Eventually,I become stronger with all the negative things that this world will bring. Lesson that I really learned is that never give up and always rely on God. No matter how hard the situation is, manage to move on even an inch everyday until you become better. Huwag mong madaliin ang buhay at pag-asenso dahil nagagawa ko ito ng may pagtitiyaga,pagsisikap at higit sa lahat pagdarasal ng may pananalig sa Diyos.
