EVERY FIRST TIME IS SPECIAL

               I do agree that every first time will always be special not just here in work but with all the aspects of our lives. When it is your first time, you have no clue of what is going to happen. In this industry, first time moments come with a new account and a company. First call,first pay, first day off, first week and many other first time moments. I remembered one of my very first time moments when I was in Sutherland. I could not understand my Indian customer and I really cried since that is my very first call center company. It does not end there. Recently, my first call here with Sitel already happened. I am actually bombarded with all the things we are learning and I am trying my best to cope so I can pass the tests and calls we will be doing. I survived. Every first time is really a nerve wracking. It depends on you on how can you handle it by having a positive mental attitude. I am already experienced Call Center Agent for two years and yet I found it challenging cause that is the first time and yet memorable. There is a saying that "all the first time are exciting." I think for me, it is true especially with this industry. Keep all your first time as a lesson,experience and a good memory as well. Those moments were struggling and eventually you are improving everyday. Everything starts a with a beginning. You can not end something if you do not start it. As I have mentioned, when I resigned last February, I did not know where to start. I stayed there almost a year and it is very close to my goal, more than a year experience. I prayed and worked hard a lot so I can start strong with Sitel. Sitel is special to me cause this is my second chance to be with the company. Learn to pray that God will use your first time for you to be a better employee. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Keep praying and working hard.  "When I am afraid, I put my trust in You." (Psalms 56:3)
