4. TAKE PRIDE OF MY WORK- Marami ang natatakot sa account na ATT ISM dahil it covers Directv, Mobility at uverse at marami rin ang umaalis. Mababa ang sahod ng account na ito pero marami kang tools at processes na pag-aaralan. Challenges accepted. I want to stay here longer dahil the lesson with this account is even if it is hard, if you love what you are doing, kakayanin mo.
5. TRUST AND UTILIZE MY TOOLS AND PROCESSES- Hindi mo matutunan lahat sa training kaya malaking bagay when you take calls. I have been taking calls for 5 years at ang masasabi ko lang, para ka lang nag-aaral sa school. Kailangan masipag kang magbasa, pumasok at willing ka matuto. This 2019, I have to be stronger emotionally dahil sensitive ako lalo na pag napapagalitan.
6. IMPROVE YOUR OPPORTUNITIES TO EXCEL- This is exactly what I am doing right now. 1 month na rin halos simula ng nakabalik ako from 3 month Maternity Leave. I will maintain my strength which is my Communication Skill. I will make good ways para mas matuto sa account na namin like maging matanong, masipag magreview, magbasa sa resources for every concern at higit sa lahat ugaliing magdasal. Pagpasok on time ay pinapraktis ko din dahil mahalaga ang attendance to show how committed you are.
7. SETTING MY PERSONAL GOALS- I have my personal goals na ilalagay ko sa maliit na notebook. I will read it para ma absorb ng puso at isip ko ang dapat kong ma achieve ko ngayong year na ito.
8. KEEPING AN OPEN TO MIND TO COACHING AND FEEDBACK- Ito yung challenge ko sa buhay yung sensitive ako pag nasasabihan ako. Ngayon, gusto ko na macoach ako para mas matuto ako sa calls at maging top o performer. Gusto ko hanggat maaari maipasa ko lahat ng metrics.
