CHANGE IS CONSTANT

                  In this industry, it is really needed for you to embrace the change. Updates are always unexpected. Example, you already master navigating the tools then found out you have to master a new tool. I have experienced that will all my experiences. The very unexpected change I really experienced is when I was transferred to another account. I was with Dish and I felt like failing almost meeting my scorecard. I almost passed it and it is already frustrating feeling you are working without a good result. Still, I am naturally hopeful I can overcome that trial and excel. That did not happen cause at the moment I feel very comfortable with Dish, they transferred me with Western Union. It was really challenging for me to accept that they will do it without asking our permission or opinion. I was hurt and felt disappointed because that is not included with the contract. Change is constant with this industry. You have to accept the changes that you never expect, something that is beyond the agreement and something that is without your permission. Many improvements and changes happen to make sure that the account you are handling will be stable enough and the business will continually grow. I am blessed to be with Comcast Account right now cause I know it is a strong account. I believe this account might be challenging at first and I really have to work hard for it. I am accepting changes now. Changes are inevitable and not always manageable. How you embrace the change will also give you a better life cause you are considering those changes as blessings and not a hindrance to your success. Keep the faith like me. Do not forget to work and pray harder.  "I will not cause pain without allowing something to be born." (Isaiah 66:9)
