           I will just be needing to compare being a call center agent in a serious life we have. Once you take the calls,you should be careful with your mistakes at mag-ingat sa mga sinasabi kay customer. I came from nothing that wants to have something that is why I decided not to give up. This attitude you have is very helpful for you to be able to be on the right track. Inspired by Attitude 101 by John Maxwell,no matter how many times we fail,we commit mistakes,we should crawl slowly until you can gradually stand up again. In every calls we are getting,we should not just be focused,we have to realize the feelings of every customer we are talking. We have to understand the reasons why they are happy,satisfied,pissed off,impatient,feel mistreated and angry. I have been talking with different customers for years now at naobserbahan ko ang ugali nila. Being with four different accounts is a challenge for me. Why? New training,new assessments,new environment na kailangan mong makasanayan. It is really hard to motivate yourself everyday going to work. I used to overthink things. I do not believe in myself as well. I feel down,dumb,worthless,desperate and empty many times trying to perform a lot. On my part,it becomes harder cause I have a psychological illness. I will be fine though how pessimist I am right now. I know in the future, I can also be promoted or excel. I just have to focus with my goals especially for my two kids. I love my two daughters a lot na sina Ashanti at Ashley. I earn by working so I also have to give my heart with this job. Being in this industry will help you to be positive and helpful cause we are here to help,resolve concerns and most of all to satisfy our customers. Tao din sila na dapat tulungan sa mga panahong kailangan nila.
