Chapter 46: Moving On

On the screen appeared the authority while Seth walked in. I seen Brock straighten up in his seat a little.

"We have to get her back" Seth said worried.

"Seth we're working on it, please calm down" Stephanie assured.

"If he hurts her in anyway I'll destroy him" Seth growled as I looked at Brock as he grinned and laughed a little.

"Calm down Seth we're on it" Hunter said as Seth walked away.

I lightly groaned in pain of my ankle.

"You okay?" Brock asked and I nodded.

"Get up then" Brock said and I shook my head no.

"Maya" he said sternly it reminded me of how my brother use to say it.

I got up putting weight on one side more than the other.

"Walk" he said sternly again standing up.

I tried walking without a limp but failed as I almost fell, but Brock caught me and had me sit down. He handed me a ice pack from out his freezer, got a chair as I placed my leg on the chair and he rested the ice pack on my ankle.

"That should ease up the pain" he said and i nodded watching raw.

"Thank you" I said and he smiled a little.

"You know I heard a lot about you" Brock spoke as my attention was now fully on him.

"Such as?" I asked wanting to know what people were saying about me.

"You were one of a kind, funny, beautiful" he informed me as I hid my face in my hair and he chuckled.

"There's a friend of mine" he started looking at me intensely.

"You might know him. He's actually here tonight. He's been wanting to talk to you for awhile" Brock said and chuckled a bit.

"Who is he?" I asked hoping that he wasn't talking about himself not that there's anything wrong with Brock. He's just not my type.

"Corey Graves" he said and my heart skipped a beat I've been watching him when he was wrestling then he stopped and became a commentator and interviewer.

"Tell Corey that I'd like that" I said and smiled a little as he pulled out his phone and started texting.

"Brock let's go now and bring the girl" Paul said and brock hopped out of his seat and checked on my ankle.

"Is it good?" he asked and I sheepishly nodded and he smiled as I got up. Once again I was over the Beast's shoulder as he carried me to the arena. Brocks music blasted through getting cheers as he carried me into the ring. It wasn't a second later Seth was out there with the authority.

"Maya are you okay?" Seth yelled through the microphone as he was walking to the ring.

Brock put me down and I nodded I was about to walk to Seth but Brock stopped me.

"Do I have my match or not!?" He yelled getting a microphone.

"You got it" Stephanie said and Brock let me go.

Seth immediately pulled me into his arms seeming as though he never wanted to let me go, but he had to he has a girlfriend. J&J security then started attacking Brock as I quickly got out of the ring as a brawl took place.

Soon Raw was over and I grabbed my bags leaving from the locker room when I seen Leighla and Summer they both looked at me and rolled their eyes. They're so childish and I'm the 18 almost 19 year old I didn't even realize that I ran into a body as I was so caught up in my thoughts.

"I'm sorry" I said and looked up at the person only to see Corey Graves what are the chances?

"Sorry it was my fault" he apologized and it quickly got awkward.

"You look beautiful" he said breaking the awkwardness and I smiled at the compliment.

"You do too- I mean you look 23- I mean handsome" I stammered and I was embarrassed.

"Well I am 23 and thank you" he said laughing as I joined him.

"Could I possibly have your number?" Corey asked nervously I couldn't help but to think about Jon and Colby.

They both have someone though they don't feel the same and Coby he was lying he's not in love with me.

"Yeah" I answered and we exchanged phones as I put my number in his phone and he put his number in mine.

"I'll text you later" Corey said and I nodded waving bye to him.

As I started walking to the truck where Paige was waiting for me I seen Jon staring at me while talking to Renee her arms wrapped around him. I quickly looked away and walked faster.

"Wait! Maya!" I turned around and seen Corey coming over to me and Jon glared at him while Corey wasn't paying him any mind.

"Can I walk you to your car?" he asked nervously.

"Of course" I said it wasn't that far of a walk anyways.

"So Brock told me" I said as we started walking and looked at Corey and he put his head down and I started laughing.

"I'm going to kill him" he said and we both started laughing and we made it to Paige's truck and she rolled down the window looking at us smiling.

"She's mine!" Paige yelled as I laughed getting in the truck.

"See you tomorrow" I said to Corey waving bye.

"Later beautiful" he said and walked off smiling.
